اثر محلول‌‌پاشی قبل از برداشت آهن و سالیسیلیک‌اسید بر‎ ‎برخی خصوصیات انبارمانی آلو رقم خاکی ‏‏(‏Prunus salicina cv. Flavor supreme pluot‏) در دو دمای سردخانه‏

چکیده

انبارمانی محصولات باغبانی با تیمارهای قبل و پس از برداشت مرتبط است. به همین منظور، آزمایشی در دو مرحله انجام گرفت. مرحله اول، سالیسیلیک­اسید با غلظت‌های صفر، 2 و 4 میلی‌مولار و کلات آهن با غلظت‌های صفر، 1/0 و 1 گرم بر لیتر، سه بار در زمان­های 30، 60 و 90 روز پس از تمام گل بر درختان آلو رقم خاکی محلول‌پاشی گردید. مرحله دوم در سردخانه با دو دمای 1 و 4 درجه سانتی‌گراد صورت گرفت. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل- اسپلیت­پلات در قالب طرح پایه بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با 3 تکرار انجام شد. صفات کیفی شامل سفتی بافت، ویتامین C، اسید قابل تیتراسیون، مواد جامد محلول و میزان آنتوسیانین­ها اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد سالیسیلیک­اسید به تنهایی بر شاخص‌های اسید قابل تیتراسیون، مواد جامد محلول، ویتامین C و آنتوسیانین‌ها در سطح یک درصد و سفتی در سطح پنج درصد تأثیر داشت. همچنین محلول‌پاشی آهن به ‌تنهایی بر آنتوسیانین‌ها در سطح یک درصد اثر معنی‌دار گذاشت. علاوه بر این، تمامی شاخص‌های مورد بررسی در هر دو دما در طول مدت نگهداری دچار تغییرات معنی‌داری شدند. تیمار با سالیسیلیک­اسید موجب حفظ مواد جامد محلول، ویتامینC ، آنتوسیانین، سفتی بافت و افزایش اسید قابل تیتراسیون گردید که غلظت 2 میلی­مولار بیش از غلظت 4 میلی­مولار مؤثر واقع شد. همچنین، تیمار با آهن 1/0 گرم بر لیتر سبب بهبود کیفیت میوه شد. درمجموع، دمای 1 درجه سانتی‌گراد بیش از 4 درجه سانتی‌گراد و به‌ترتیب تا 60 و 40 روز موجب حفظ کیفیت و بازارپسندی میوه شد.

Storage of horticultural crops is associated with pre and postharvest treatments. For this purpose, an experiment was conducted in two steps. The first step, salicylic acid (0, 2 and 4 mM) and iron chelate (0, 0.1 and 1 g/l) were sprayed three times at 30, 60 and 90 days after full bloom on plum cv. Flavor supreme pluot. The second step was carried out at storage with two temperatures (1 and 4 °C).The experiment was performed as factorial split-plot in a completely randomized block design with three replications. Qualitative characteristics including tissue firmness, vitamin C, titratable acid, total soluble solids and anthocyanins content were measured. The results showed that salicylic acid treatment had a significant effect on TSS, TA, vitamin C and anthocyanins at 1% level and tissue firmness at 5% level. Iron application was significant at 1% level on anthocyanins. In addition, all of the studied characteristics were significantly changed during storage at both temperatures. Spraying plum trees with salicylic acid with 2 mM concentration retained total soluble solids, vitamin C, anthocyanin, tissue firmness and titratable acid increased more than the 4 mM. Also, treatment with iron (0.1 g/l) improved fruit quality. In general, 1 °C temperature was more effective than 4 °C and maintained the quality and marketability of fruits up to 60 and 40 days, respectively.
