تأثیر تنظیم‌کننده‏های رشد CPPU و GA3 بر کیفیت و کمّیت میوۀ انگور سلطانی (بی‏دانۀ سفید) چکیده

چکیده

به‌منظور بررسی اثر CPPU و GA3 بر کیفیت و کمّیت میوۀ انگور سلطانی، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‏های کامل تصادفی در تاکستانی تجاری نزدیک شهرستان بناب به اجرا در‌آمد. در مرحلۀ میوه‏‏بندی محلول‏پاشی با استفاده از اسید جیبرلیک (صفر، 20 و 40 میلی‏گرم بر لیتر) و CPPU (صفر، 5/7 و 15 میلی‏گرم بر لیتر) صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد تیمارهای تنظیم‏‌کنندۀ‏ رشد بر ویژگی‏های فیزیکی و شیمیایی میوۀ انگور سلطانی مثل طول و قطر حبه، جرم حبه، درصد مادۀ خشک و رطوبت میوه، ارزش رنگ قرمز، میزان مساحت سطح و چروکیدگی حبه اثر معنا‏دار داشتند. در مقابل، این تیمارها بر pH و اسید کل میوه تأثیری نداشتند. همچنین برهم کنش تیمارهای تنظیم‌کنندۀ رشد بر میزان ویتامین ث و حجم حبه‏ها اثر معنا‏داری نشان داد. اسید جیبرلیک سبب کاهش میزان بریکس، درصد مادۀ خشک و ارزش رنگ قرمز شد و میزان چروکیدگی حبه‏ها را افزایش داد. در مقابل، تیمار 5/7 میلی‏گرم بر لیتر CPPU به‌دلیل نداشتن اثر منفی بر ویژگی‏های یادشده در بالا برای اسید جیبرلیک، به نظر می‏رسد به‌منزلۀ یک تیمار مناسب برای بهبود کیفیت و کمّیت میوۀ انگور رقم سلطانی در شرایط تاکستان‏های منطقه برای هر دو هدف توام تازه‏خوری و کشمش قابل پیشنهاد است.

In order to study the effects of CPPU and GA3 on fruit quality and quantity of Sultanina grapes, a factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design was implemented in a commercial vineyard near Bonab city (West Azerbaijan province). The spraying was done at fruit set stage using CPPU and gibberellic acid. According to the results, it was found that these plant growth regulators had a significant effect on the diameter and length of the berry, weight, dry matter and moisture, the red value and shrinkage of the fruit while these treatments did not affect the pH and acidity of the fruit. Also, the interaction between growth regulators showed a significant effect on vitamin C content and berry size. Gibberellic acid reduced the level of brix, dry matter percent and the red color value and Increased berries shrinkage In contrast, treatment with 7.5 mg CPPU Not have adverse effects of gibberellic acid and It seems to be an appropriate treatment to improve fruit quality and quantity of Sultanina grapes in the vineyards of the region and can be suggested for both fresh consumption and raisin production.
