ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی از تمشک‌های سیاه ایران بر پایة صفات ریخت‌شناختی

چکیده

این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی از تمشک­های سیاه خاردار اهلی و وحشی با استفاده از صفات ریخت‌شناختی (مورفولوژیکی) در کلکسیون دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش تنوع بالایی را برای صفات گلدهی، زمان رسیدن میوه و حجم آب­میوه نشان داد. نژادگان­های وحشی و اهلی تفاوت معنا­دار در صفات برگ، گل، شمار خار، میوه و وزن ­تر بذر نشان دادند. بنا بر نتایج همبستگی صفات به‌احتمال دلیل به‌نژادگران در انتخاب نمونه­های اهلی‌شدة (وارداتی) تمشک با شمار بیشتر خار نسبت به نمونه­های وحشی می‌تواند متکثر از همبستگی مثبت و معنادار شمار خار با قطر گل، شکل، وزن ­تر، حجم آب‌میوه و وزن ­تر بذر یا همبستگی منفی و معنادار آن با زمان گلدهی بوده باشد. بر پایة نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از تجزیه به عامل­ها و تجزیة دوبعدی مبتنی بر عامل­های اصلی شامل گلدهی و کمیت میوه، نمونه‌های تمشک وحشی از اهلی جدا‌شده و نمونه­های اهلی برتر معرفی شدند. نتایج تجزیة خوشه­ای مربوط به نژادگان­های وحشی تمشک، امکان دسته­بندی جداگانة سه گروه را در این نوع تمشک فراهم کرد که شامل نمونه­های همسان با گونه­های شناسایی‌شده توسط گیاه‌شناسان، تمشک­های خویشاوند با آن‌ها و تمشک­های کامل متفاوت از آن‌ها بر پایة صفات رویشی بودند.

چکیده [English]

This study performed to evaluate genetic diversity of some wild and domesticated (unknown foreign cultivars) blackberries in SANRU collection based on morphological traits. Results showed high diversity for flowering, ripening time and fruit juice. Wild genotypes showed significant differences in leaf, flower, thorn number, fruits and seed fresh weight compared to domesticated cultivars. Based on correlation results, the aim of breeders in selecting thorny  genotypes for domestication effected from positive and significant correlation of thorn number with flower diameter, type, fresh weight, fruit juice volume and seed fresh weight or to negative and significant correlation of it with flowering time. Di plot analysis performed based on the results of factor analysis via using flowering and fruit quantity as main two factors and differentiate wild types from cultivars and introduced superior genotypes. Cluster analysis results of wild genotypes based on vegetative traits divided botanically identified species and the same samples from their relatives and nonrelative genotypes as three separate groups.
