بررسی تیمارهای مختلف ورمیکمپوست و کود شیمیایی بر میزان عنصرهای غذایی و آلکالوئیدهای گیاه شاهتره (Fumaria vaillantii)
شاهتره گیاهی یکساله و علفی است، از جمله مواد مؤثرۀ آن آلکالوئیدهای مهمی مانند فومارین و سیناکتین، مواد رزینی و موسیلاژ است. قسمت مورد استفادة کل اندام هوایی آن است. ورمیکمپوست یک کود آلی شامل آنزیمها، باکتریها و بقایای گیاهی و کود حیوانی است. این آزمایش در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با پنج تیمار و سه تکرار در گلدانهای با وزن 4 کیلوگرم در گلخانه صورت گرفت. تیمارها شامل شاهد (بدون کود)، ورمیکمپوست 5 درصد، ورمیکمپوست 15 درصد، ورمیکمپوست 30 درصد، تیمار کود شیمیایی با غلظت N:P:K, 20:20:20)) درصد بودند، پس از به گل رفتن 50 درصد از گیاهان اندازهگیری آلکالوئید توسط دستگاه HPLC با استفاده از استاندارد داخلی نوسکاپین و استاندارد خارجی فوماریک اسید صورت گرفت و نتایج گویای تأثیر ورمیکمپوست بر میزان آلکالوئید گیاه شاهتره بود. که تیمار ورمیکمپوست 30 درصد بیشترین میزان و تیمار شاهد حاوی کمترین میزان آلکالوئید بود. عنصرهای غذایی اندازهگیریشده شامل عنصرهای پرمصرف (نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم)، کممصرف (آهن و روی) بودند، میزان همۀ عنصرهای غذایی گیاهی مورد آزمایش اختلاف معنیدار نسبت به تیمار شاهد داشتند و نتایج نشاندهندۀ تأثیر مثبت و بیشتر تیمار ورمیکمپوست نسبت به تیمار کود شیمیایی بر همۀ ویژگیهای اندازهگیریشده در این آزمایش بود. استفاده از نهادههای کشاورزی بهویژه کودهای آلی و شیمیایی تأثیر مطلوبی بر عملکرد و متابولیتهای ثانویۀ گیاه دارویی شاهتره داشت.

بررسی تنوع ریختشناختی و ترکیبپذیری عمومی در بین خانوادههای خواهر- بردار ناتنی سرخارگل
سرخارگل (Echinacea purpurea L.) یکی از گیاهان دارویی با ارزش از خانوادۀ کاسنی (Asteraceae) است که توانسته در دو دهة اخیر جایگاه مهمی در صنایع داروسازی پیدا کند. اندامهای مختلف گیاه بهویژه ریشههای آن حاوی ترکیبهای دارویی ارزشمندی است که در تحریک سامانة ایمنی بدن برای مقابله با عاملهای ویروسی و باکتریایی اثرگذاریهای شگرفی دارد. با توجه به ارزش اقتصادی شایان توجه و اهمیت دارویی سرخارگل، اصلاح و گزینش ژنوتیپهای برتر از لحاظ ویژگیهای ریختشناختی (مورفولوژیک) و فیتوشیمیایی اهمیت بسزایی دارد. بهمنظور دستیابی به این هدف، این تحقیق بر پایۀ گزینش ژنوتیپهای برتر و ارزیابی نتاج آنها در یک جمعیت دارای تنوع، طراحی و اجرا شد. بدین ترتیب پس از آمادهسازی زمین، تیمار پیشرویشی بذرها و تولید نشاء گونۀ یادشده بر پایۀ طرح آزمایشی لاتیس ساده با دو تکرار کشتشده و مراحل فنولوژی و عملکرد زراعی آنها شامل اندامهای هوایی و یازده ویژگی دیگر بررسی شد. نتایج تجزیۀ واریانس دادهها نشان داد که خانوادههای خواهر- برادر ناتنی (تیمار) تفاوت معنیداری بر پایۀ همۀ ویژگیهای مورد بررسی مانند سطح برگ، آغاز گلدهی، شمار غنچه، شمار گل، ارتفاع، قطر گل، وزن تر و وزن خشک در سطح 1 درصد داشتند. با توجه به نتایج، خانوادههای با شمارههای 93، 72، 92 و 97 در ویژگیهایی مانند سطح برگ، شمار غنچه، شمار گل، ارتفاع، قطر گیاه، شمار انشعاب از قاعده و وزن خشک نسبت به دیگر خانوادهها برتر بودند که با توجه به ترکیبپذیری عمومی شایانتوجه آنها، ترکیب بذرهای والدینی آنها برای تشکیل جمعیت بهبودیافتۀ بعدی میتواند سودمند واقع شود.

بررسی اثر کاربرد سدیم نیتروپروساید در ریزازدیادی گل ژربرا (Gerbera jamesonii Bol. Ex Adlam) رقم بایودر
سدیم نیتروپروساید (Sodium nitroprusside) به عنوان یک تنظیمکننده رشد مهم شناخته شده است و توجه زیادی را از چند رشته پزشکی، بیوشیمی، فیزیولوژی و ژنتیک دریافت کرده است. نیتریک اکساید (Nitric Oxide) در کشت درونشیشهای از طریق انتقال پیام سایتوکنین، اثر بخشی هورمونی را افزایش میدهد. اثر تحریک کنندگی سدیم نیتروپروساید (SNP) بهواسطه آزاد کردن نیتریک اکساید (NO) در محیط کشت است. در این تحقیق اثر SNP در ریزازدیادی ژربرا در آزمایشی در پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی بررسی شد. در مرحله کالوسزایی ریزنمونههای برگ روی محیط کشت MS دارای 5/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر 2,4-D و غلظتهای مختلف SNP (0، 20، 40، 60 و μM 80) کشت شدند. در مرحله پرآوری گیاهچههای کشت بافتی ژربرا به محیط کشت MS دارای غلظتهای مختلف SNP (0، 20، 40 و μM 60) منتقل شدند. در همه تیمارها غلظت 5/0 میلیگرم در لیتر BAP و 1/0 میلیگرم در لیترIAA ثابت بود. جهت ریشهزایی گیاهچه های پرآوری شده به محیط کشت دارای غلظتهای SNP (0، 10، 20 و μM 30) انتقال داده شدند. کاربرد سدیم نیتروپروساید در تحریک کالوس برگ مؤثر بود و در تیمار 60 میکرومولار سدیم نیتروپروساید بیشترین تحریک و وزن کالوس مشاهده شد. بین تیمارهای مختلف سدیم نیتروپروساید در میزان پرآوری ژربرا با شاهد اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت و بالاترین تعداد پرآوری و وزن گیاهچه با استفاده از تیمار 20 میکرومولار بهدست آمد. در بررسی استفاده از سدیم نیتروپروساید در ریشهزایی افزایش قطر ریشهها که با افزایش وزن ریشه در محیطهای دارای SNP همراه بود مشاهده شد.

نقش براسینواستروئید روی ویژگیهای بیوشیمیایی و کیفی میوۀ پرتقال واشنگتن ناول در دورۀ انبارداری
در این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر براسینواستروئید بر ویژگیهای بیوشیمیایی و کیفی میوۀ پرتقال ’واشنگتن ناول‘ در دورۀ انبارداری پرداخته شد. بدین منظور، میوههای پرتقال با غلظتهای 0 (شاهد)، 75/0 و 5/1 میلیگرم بر لیتر براسینواستروئید تیمار و در دمای 3±1 درجۀ سلسیوس و رطوبت نسبی 90-85 درصد به مدت پنج ماه نگهداری شدند و ویژگیهایی مانند سرمازدگی، نشت یون، پراکسیداسیون لیپیدها، پراکسید هیدروژن، مواد جامد محلول، اسیدهای آلی، pH، اسیدآسکوربیک و فعالیت آنزیمهای پاداکسندگی (آنتیاکسیدانی) پراکسیداز و کاتالاز در دورۀ انبارداری ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد، کاربرد براسینواستروئید نسبت به شاهد، بهطور معنیداری آسیب سرمازدگی، نشت یون، پراکسیداسیون لیپیدها و پراکسید هیدروژن را کاهش داد. بنا بر این نتایج، مواد جامد محلول کل، pH و اسیدآسکوربیک میوههای تیمارشده و شاهد در دورۀ انبارداری روند افزایشی و میزان اسیدهای آلی روند کاهشی داشتند، اما استفاده از تیمار براسینواستروئید، تغییرپذیری دو روند یادشده را نسبت به شاهد کمتر تغییر داد. همچنین فعالیت آنزیمهای پاداکسندگی میوههای تیمارشده با براسینواستروئید نسبت به شاهد، بسیار افزایش یافت. بنابر نتایج بهدستآمده از این پژوهش، میوههای تیمارشده با 5/1 میلیگرم بر لیتر براسینواستروئید، بالاترین کیفیت و بیشترین فعالیت آنزیمهای پاداکسندگی با کمترین آسیب سرمازدگی را داشتند.

اثر اسید سالیسیلیک و پوتریسین بر برخی شاخصهای فیزیولوژیکی و اسانس گیاه دارویی نعناع فلفلی (Mentha piperita L.)
نعناع فلفلی با نام علمیL. Mentha piperita از خانوادۀ Lamiaceae از جمله گیاهان دارویی و معطری است که اسانس آن در صنایع مختلف داروسازی استفاده میشود. بهمنظور ارزیابی برخی شاخصهای فیزیولوژیکی و اسانس نعناع فلفلی آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل با استفاده از تیمارهای اسید سالیسیلیک (0، 1/0، 1 میلیمولار) و پوتریسین (0، 1/0، 1 میلیمولار) در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. همۀ صفات در دو چین ارزیابی شدند. نتایج بهدستآمده از این پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین همۀ صفات (بهجز نسبت سبزینۀ (کلروفیل) a/b، کاروتنوئید، آنتوسیانین و مواد جامد محلول) در چین اول بهطور معنیداری بیشتر از چین دوم بودند. کاربرد غلظتهای مختلف اسید سالیسیلیک منجر به کاهش میزان سبزینۀ کل و a، کارتنوئید و آنتوسیانین شد. همچنین تیمارهای 1/0 و 1 میلیمولار اسید سالیسیلیک درصد اسانس شاخسارۀ نعناع فلفلی را در مقایسه با مصرف نکردن آن، 02/16و 91/32 درصد و نیز درصد اسانس برگ گیاه را نسبت به شاهد، 54/2 و 66/29 درصد افزایش داد. با افزایش مقادیر پوتریسین، عملکرد تر و خشک در واحد سطح، سبزینۀa ، سبزینۀ کل، کاروتنوئید و درصد اسانس برگ افزایش یافت. با بهکارگیری 1 میلیمولار پوتریسین میزان آنتوسیانین و درصد اسانس برگ در مقایسه با شاهد به ترتیب 91/33 و 36/21 درصد افزایش یافت. افزون بر آن اثر متقابل دو عامل مورد بررسی روی عملکرد تر در واحد سطح، سبزینۀ a وb، سبزینۀ کل، کاروتنوئید، آنتوسیانین، مواد جامد محلول و اثر متقابل سه عامل بر عملکرد خشک در واحد سطح، کاروتنوئید و مواد جامد محلول معنیدار بودند.

بررسی تأثیر پوترسین و کلریدسدیم بر ویژگیهای ریختشناختی و فیزیولوژیک کنار بومی جنوب ایران (Ziziphus spina-christi L.)
در این پژوهش، تأثیر سطوح مختلف شوری و کاربرد پلیآمین پوترسین در غلظتهای مختلف برای کاهش تأثیر زیانبار کلرید سدیم بر ویژگیهای ریختشناختی (مورفولوژیک) و فیزیولوژیک کنار بومی جنوب ایران بررسی شد. آزمایش فاکتوریل با سه سطح پوترسین 0، 01/0 و 1/0 میلیمولار و چهار سطح کلرید سدیم 0، 2/3، 4/6، 8/12 گرم نمک در لیتر با چهار تکرار در یک طرح کامل تصادفی اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش شوری همۀ شاخصهای رشد مانند شمار برگ، طول ساقه و ریشه همچنین وزن تازه و خشک برگ و ریشه کاهش یافت و محلولپاشی با پوترسین بهویژه در غلظت 1/0 میلیمولار سبب بهبود وضعیت رشدی گیاه در شرایط شوری شد. شوری سبب افزایش جذب یون سدیم و کلر و کاهش جذب یون پتاسیم شد. کاربرد پوترسین سبب تعدیل جذب سدیم و افزایش جذب پتاسیم شد. شوری همچنین سبب کاهش سبزینه (کلروفیل) و میزان نشاسته و افزایش پرولین و قندهای محلول شد. کاربرد پوترسین سبب کاهش تأثیر زیانبار شوری بر تجزیۀ سبزینه و همچنین سبب افزایش میزان پرولین قند و نشاسته شد.

شبیهسازی اثرگذاری زیستمحیطی بامهای سبز گسترده و فشرده در شهر یزد
بررسیهای زیستمحیطی و خرد اقلیمی انواع بامهای سبز در مناطق خشک ایران، بهمنظور ارزیابی اثرگذاری احتمالی آن بر محیط پیرامون و شهروندان، پیش از توسعه و گسترش آنها لازم به نظر میرسد. در همین زمینه پژوهشی در یکی از مناطق مسکونی شهر یزد با استفاده از دادههای اقلیمی سال 1393 انجام شد. در این بررسی، شبیهسازی نرمافزاری منطقۀ مورد بررسی در زمان و مکان همسان، شامل بام سبز فشرده، بام سبز گسترده و بام بدون پوشش گیاهی با مدل انویمت صورت گرفت. خروجیهای این مدل نشان داد که تأثیر دما، رطوبت نسبی و همچنین شاخص آسایش دمایی مورد بررسی در بامهای سبز شبیهسازیشده در مقایسه با بام بدون پوشش گیاهی در بازۀ گرم سال، ناچیز و شایانتوجه نبود. همچنین هر سه سایت شبیهسازیشده در محدودۀ تنش گرمای بسیار شدید قرار داشتند.

تأثیر نوع بستر و مدت کمپوستسازی بر بازدۀ زیستتوده و ویژگیهای کیفی قارچ دکمهای (Agaricus bisporus)
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر مدت کمپوستسازی بر افزایش بازدۀ زیستتوده (بیوماس) و بهبود برخی خواص کیفی قارچ دکمهای (Agaricus bisporus) در بسترهای مختلف ناشی از ضایعات کشاورزی، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با دوازده ترکیب تیماری (شش نوع بستر و دو تیمار مدت کمپوستسازی) در سه تکرار به اجرا درآمد. تیمارهای مورد استفاده در این آزمایش شامل بسترهای حاوی کلش گندم و کلش برنج بهعنوان مادۀ اصلی و مکملهای کود مرغی، تفالۀ زیتون و کود اسبی و دو مدت کمپوستسازی (کوتاهمدت (16 روزه) و بلندمدت (22روزه)) بودند. بستر حاوی کلش برنج و کود مرغی بیشترین میانگین (18/67 درصد) را ازنظر بازدۀ زیستتوده داشتند. قارچهای ناشی از بستر کلش برنج و تفالۀ زیتون بیشترین مادۀ خشک (73/8 درصد) را داشتند، درحالیکه قارچهای مربوط به بستر کلش گندم و تفالۀ زیتون بیشترین نیتروژن (63/6 درصد)، پروتئین (46/41 درصد) و ظرفیت پاداکسندگی (آنتیاکسیدانی) (4/54 درصد) را تولید کردند. قارچهای تولیدشده در بستر کلش برنج و کود اسبی بیشترین خاکستر (83/9 درصد) را داشتند. قارچهای رشد یافته در روش کوتاهمدت ازنظر بازدۀ زیستتوده بیشترین میانگین (41/42 درصد) را نشان دادند. بر پایۀ نتایج این آزمایش از لحاظ اقتصادی توصیه میشود در استانهای شمالی کشور بهویژه گیلان، بستر کلش برنج و کود مرغی برای تولید قارچ دکمهای استفاده شود.

بررسی وضعیت عنصرهای غذایی در تاکستانهای شهرستان خدابنده با کاربرد شاخصهای تغذیهای
با توجه به افزایش نیاز و تقاضا به مواد غذایی بیشتر و کاهش منابع آبوخاک، حفظ اراضی و ارتقا کمی و کیفی عملکرد گیاهان در واحد سطح با تأمین مواد موردنیاز خاک و گیاه تحقق مییابد. شناسایی وضعیت عنصرهای غذایی در گیاهان، راهکاری مؤثر در تعیین الگوی مصرفی عنصرهای غذایی و افزایش عملکرد و بهبود کیفیت محصولات کشاورزی است. ازاینرو در این پژوهش با استفاده از نتایج شاخصهای DOP، DRIS و CND به تجزیهوتحلیل وضعیت عنصرهای غذایی در نمونههای برگ تاکستانهای شهرستان خدابنده در استان زنجان پرداخته شد. نمونههای برگ از 75 تاکستان گردآوری و تجزیههای شیمیایی عنصرهای نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، منگنز، مس، روی و بُر و ویژگیهای مربوط به عملکرد انجام شد. معیارهای بهینه با تقسیم تاکستانها به دو گروه با عملکرد بالا و پایین تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد بیشتر تاکستانهای شهرستان خدابنده بهطور میانگین از لحاظ میزان عنصر پتاسیم، روی و مس با کمبود روبهرو هستند. بااینحال عنصرهای نیتروژن، فسفر، بُر و منگنز در منطقه بیشبود داشتند. همچنین نتایج هر یک از شاخصهای DOP، DRIS و CND با هم مقایسه شد. بنابراین نتایج میزان شاخصها در برخی از عنصرها تفاوت داشتند. هر سه شاخص DOP، DRIS و CND کمبود عنصر روی را در بیشتر تاکستانها تشخیص دادند. بهطورکلی شاخصهای DRIS و CND روند تغییرپذیری عنصرهای غذایی را نسبت به شاخص DOP بهتر نشان دادند.

بهبود رشد و گلدهی با کاربرد پلیآمینها در گیاهان مختلفی گزارش شده است. بنابراین در این پژوهش کاربرد برگی پلیآمینهای برونزاد بر ویژگیهای کمی، عمر گلجایی (Vase life)، میزان تنظیمکنندههای رشد درونی و پلیآمینهای درونی گل رز بررسی شد. بدین منظور، آزمایشی بهصورت طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با ده تیمار، سه تکرار و دو بوته در هر تکرار در یک گلخانة آبکشتی (هیدروپونیک) تجاری در شهر یاسوج انجام گرفت. تیمارها شامل محلولپاشی بوتهها با پوتریسین در غلظتهای 1، 2 و 3 میلیمولار، اسپرمیدین در غلظتهای 5/0، 1و 5/1 میلیمولار و اسپرمین در غلظتهای 1، 2و 4 میلیمولار و شاهد (آب مقطر) بود. نتایج نشان داد، بیشترین و کمترین میزان ارتفاع و وزن شاخه به ترتیب در تیمارهای اسپرمیدین 5/1 میلیمولار و شاهد به دست آمد. کاربرد پلیآمینها باعث افزایش عمر گلجایی شد بهطوریکه بیشترین عمر گلجایی به میزان شانزده روز در گیاهان تیمارشده با اسپرمین 1 میلیمولار مشاهده شد. بیشترین میزان غلظت ایندولاستیکاسید، اسیدجیبرلیک و زاتین در برگ گیاهان محلولپاشی شده با غلظت 4میلیمولار اسپرمین مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان اسیدآبسایزیک در برگ گیاهان محلولپاشی شده با اسپرمیدین 5/1 میلیمولار به دست آمد. کاربرد پلیآمینهای برونزاد باعث افزایش میزان پوتریسین و اسپرمیدین درونی برگ شد. نتایج کلی این پژوهش نشان داد که کاربرد اسپرمیدین در غلظت 5/1 میلیمولار و اسپرمین 4 میلیمولار برونزاد به دلیل افزایش غلظت مواد تنظیمکنندۀ رشد و پلیآمینهای درونی، باعث بهبود ویژگیهای رویشی و افزایش عمر گلجایی گل رز رقم دولس ویتا شد.

بررسی کمی و کیفی اسانس نه جمعیت کشتشده Anthemis pseudocotula Boiss.
جنس آنتمیس متعلق به تیرۀ کاسنی و 23 گونۀ بومی در ایران دارد که اندام هوایی گونههای آن حاوی اسانس و دارای ارزش دارویی میباشند. برای بررسی ترکیبها اسانس Anthemis pseudocotula بذر نه جمعیت از مناطق مختلف گردآوری و در ایستگاه تحقیقات البرز کشت شد. در مرحلۀ گلدهی از سرشاخههای گلدار نمونه تهیه و با استفاده از روش تقطیر با آب اسانسگیری شدند. برای شناسایی ترکیب اسانسها از دستگاه فامنگار گازی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بازدۀ اسانس بین جمعیتها بین 2/0 در زنجان تا 03/0 درصد در گلستان1 متغیر است. 32 ترکیب در هشت جمعیت شناسایی شد که در جمعیتها متفاوت بودند. از مهمترین ترکیبها میتوان به بتا-توجون (به ترتیب گلستان2، گلستان3، تهران، یزد، بوشهر و گلستان1 برابر 9/62، 36، 1/33، 1/26 ، 4/20 و 9/13 درصد)، سیس-بتا-فارنزن (به ترتیب بوشهر، جمعیت 29717، یزد، گلستان3، زنجان، تهران و گلستان1 برابر 1/38، 9/21، 16، 7/15، 4/14، 3/13 و 2/12 درصد) و کاریوفیلن اکسید (به ترتیب یزد، گلستان1 و 29717 برابر 4/20، 1/20 و 7/17درصد) نام برد. شماری از ترکیبهای خاص یک جمعیت بوده بهطوریکه ترکیبهای میرسن، سیس-بتا-اسیمن، دی هیدرو کاروئول، میرتنول و هومولن اپوکساید در جمعیت زنجان، کامفور در گلستان، (ای-ای) آلفا- فارنزن در بوشهر و 1, 8 – سینئول در جمعیتهای گلستان 2 و زنجان دیده شد. نتایج تجزیۀ خوشهای هشت جمعیت را به سه دستة تقسیم کرد. جمعیت زنجان با درصد بالای آلفا-ترپینئول و میرسن در یک دستة و دیگر جمعیتها به دلیل مقادیر متفاوت بتا-توجون، سیس-بتا-فارنزن، کاریوفیلن اکساید و بتا-پینن در گروههای دیگری قرار گرفتند.

بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر تیمارهای سیلیکات پتاسیم و سولفات پتاسیم بر ویژگیهای رشدی دانهالهای پستۀ رقم بادامی ریز زرند کرمان در شرایط تنش شوری، پژوهشی بهصورت فاکتوریل با سه عامل شامل دو سطح شوری از منبع NaCl (0 و 90 میلیمولار)، سه سطح سیلیسیم از منبع سیلیکات پتاسیم (0، 50 و 100 میلیگرم بر لیتر) و سه سطح پتاسیم از منبع سولفات پتاسیم (0، 1 و 2 درصد)، در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. 45 روز پس از سبز شدن بذرها تنش شوری اعمال شد. محلولپاشی با سیلیکات پتاسیم و سولفات پتاسیم یک هفته پیش از آغاز تنش شوری و یک هفته پس از آغاز تنش شوری بود. نتایج نشان داد که شوری آب موجب کاهش محتوای آب نسبی برگ، کارایی استفاده از آب، مجموع پروتئینهای محلول برگ و افزایش میزان نشت الکترولیتها، پرولین، قندهای محلول و ترکیبهای فنلی برگ و گلایسینبتائین برگ و ریشه شد. کاربرد سیلیکات پتاسیم و سولفات پتاسیم باعث افزایش معنیدار محتوای آب نسبی برگ، کارایی استفاده از آب، مجموع پروتئینهای محلول، پرولین، قندهای محلول و ترکیبهای فنلی برگ و گلایسینبتائین برگ و ریشه و کاهش میزان نشت الکترولیتهای برگ در شرایط تنش شوری شدند. تیمار شوری در مقایسه با شاهد محتوای آب نسبی برگ را 52/31 در صد کاهش داده و نشت الکترولیتها را 28/91 درصد افزایش داد درحالیکه تیمار 50 میلیگرم بر لیتر سیلیکات پتاسیم و 2 درصد سولفات پتاسیم در شرایط شوری محتوای آب نسبی برگ را 67/51 درصد افزایش و نشت الکترولیتها را 62/67 درصد کاهش داد.

تأثیر پوششهای مختلف پس از برداشت بر میزان رنگ و آنتوسیانین انار ملس ساوه در دورة انبارداری سرد
رنگ پوست و بذر پوشینة (آریل) انار (بخش خوراکی) از شاخصهایی است که کیفیت میوه و انتخاب مصرفکننده را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. در این پژوهش تأثیر سه نوع پوشش (کیتوزان 1 و 2 درصد، واکس ژداسول و واکس بریتکس) بر شاخصهای رنگ آریل و آنتوسیانینهای موجود در آب انار رقم ملس ساوه در دورة 120 روز انبارداری در دمای 5/4 درجۀ سلسیوس بررسی شد. شاخصهای یادشده پیش از تیمار، در 40، 80 و 120 روز پس از آغاز انبارداری نیز اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج وجود مشتقات مونو و دیگلوکوزیدی دلفینیدین، سیانیدین و پلارگونیدین را در هنگام برداشت میوه نشان داد. بنابراین نتایج، نوع آنتوسیانین تحت تأثیر نوع تیمار و زمان انبارداری قرار نگرفت. همچنین در چهل روز نخست انبارداری شاخص روشنایی (L*) و خلوص رنگ (کروما) کاهش یافت، درحالیکه شاخص زاویۀ هیو و آنتوسیانین کل در این مدت افزایش یافت که نشاندهندۀ ادامۀ ساخت (سنتز) آنتوسیانین در فرآیند دوران پس از برداشت میوه است. پس از آن تا پایان دورۀ انبارداری بهتدریج شاخص L* و خلوص رنگ افزایش و زاویۀ هیو و میزان آنتوسیانین کل کاهش یافت، بهطوریکه میزان کاهش در میوههای تیمارشده کمتر از شاهد بود. نتایج نشان داد آنتوسیانینهای دیگلوکوزیدی پایدارتر از انواع مونوگلوکوزیدی است. بنا بر نتایج بهدستآمده از این پژوهش در مقایسه بین پوششهای مورد استفاده، تیمار واکس ژداسول و کیتوزان 2 درصد در حفظ شاخصهای رنگ بذر پوشینه و میزان آنتوسیانین میوۀ انار مؤثرتر بودند.

تأثیر تنش کمآبی بر برخی شاخصهای فیزیولوژی و کارایی مصرف آب در تودههای خربزۀ ایرانی
بهمنظور ارزیابی تحمل به تنش کمآبی برخی از تودههای خربزۀ ایرانی، آزمایشی بهصورت کرتهای خردشده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی دانشکدۀ کشاورزی دانشگاه زنجان انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل سه سطح آبیاری (۱۰۰، 66 و ۳۳ درصد نیاز آبی گیاه) و هفت تودۀ خربزه شامل کالی، اورشنگ، موری، موزی، شیرازی، ازمیر و ایوانکی بود. بر پایۀ نتایج بهدستآمده در این پژوهش تنش کمآبی بهطور معنیداری میزان پرولین، فعالیت آنزیمهای کاتالاز و پراکسیداز را افزایش داده و محتوای نسبی آب برگ، عملکرد و میزان ویتامین ث را کاهش داد. بالاترین میزان کارایی مصرف آب در آبیاری 66 درصد مشاهده شد. بین تودهها نیز از نظر شاخصهای فیزیولوژیکی تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده شد. بیشترین میزان پرولین، ویتامین ث و درصد محتوای نسبی آب برگ در تودههای کالی و موری، بیشترین فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز در تودۀ ازمیر و بیشترین کارایی مصرف آب و عملکرد در تودۀ موزی به دست آمد. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، تودۀ ایوانکی با بیشترین کاهش در عملکرد و تودۀ موزی با کمترین کاهش در عملکرد در اثر افزایش تنش کمآبی به ترتیب حساسترین و متحملترین توده نسبت به تنش کمآبی بودند.

بهینهسازی مراحل افزایش درون شیشهای ژنوتیپهای گل محمدی (Rosa damascena Mill.)
گلمحمدی یکی از مهمترین گیاهان معطر در ایران و جهان است. اسانس استخراجشده از گلبرگ این گل در داروسازی، صنایع آرایشی و بهداشتی و همچنین غذایی استفاده میشود. استفاده از روشهای معمول برای افزایش این گیاه با دشواریهایی چون انتقال عاملهای آلودگی و محدود بودن گیاه مادری همراه است. با توجه به برتریهای روشهای افزایش درون شیشهای نسبت به روشهای رایج، این تحقیق بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر انواع مختلف محیط کشت با سطوح هورمونی متفاوت برای بهبود افزایش درون شیشهای و کنترل سبزردی (کلروز) نوساقهها انجام شد. محیط کشتهای MS و MS تغییریافته (mMS0، mMS1، mMS2، mMS3، mMS4و mMS5) در این پژوهش استفاده شد. قطعههای گرهای حاوی 1 تا 2 جوانۀ جانبی در محیط کشت MS با سطوح مختلف هورمونی برای استقرار کشت شدند. برای نوساقهزایی به محیط کشتهای حاوی غلظتهای 1 و 2 میلیگرم بر لیتر BAP و 2/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر IBA منتقل شده و آنگاه برای ریشهزایی در محیط کشتهای 1/2 MS و LS با سطوح 1 و 2 میلیگرم بر لیتر IBA کشت شدند. بهترین تیمار برای افزایش شمار نوساقههای گلمحمدی محیط کشت مایع mMS0 حاوی 5/1 میلیگرم بر لیتر BAP به همراه 2/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر IBA بود. بیشترین میزان سبزینۀ (کلروفیل) برگها نیز در محیط کشت mMS0 مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین درصد ریشهزایی مربوط به ژنوتیپ گالیکا در محیط کشت 1/2MS دارای 2 میلیگرم بر لیتر IBA بود.

تأثیر ضد میکروبی عصارۀ مورخوش (Zhumeria majdae) و 8- هیدروکسی کینولین سولفات بر عمر پس از برداشت گل شاخهبریدۀ میخک (Dianthus caryophyllus “White Liberty”)
میخک یکی از پرطرفدارترین گلهای تولیدی در سطح جهان است. انسداد آوندهای چوبی و تنش آبی از مهمترین دلایل کاهش ماندگاری پس از برداشت این گل شاخهبریده است. این پژوهش با هدف تأثیر عصارۀ گیاهی مورخوش با غلظتهای (0، 10، 20 و 30 درصد) و 8-هیدروکسی کینولین سولفات با غلظتهای (0، 200، 400 و 600 میلیگرم در لیتر) روی عمر گلجایی (Vase life) میخکهای بریدۀ رقم ’وایت لایبرتی‘ در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایۀ طرح کامل تصادفی انجام شد و ویژگیهایی همچون عمر گلجایی، درصد وزن خشک، کاهش وزن تر، جذب محلول، شمارش باکتری در محلول و انتهای ساقه، رنگیزۀ کاروتنوئید گلبرگ، میزان اتیلن و پروتئین گلبرگ ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین عمر گلجایی مربوط به اثر دوجانبه 30 درصد عصارۀ مورخوش + 200 میلیگرم در لیتر 8-هیدروکسی کینولین سولفات بود که عمر گلهای شاخهبریدۀ میخک را 87/7 روز نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش داد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد، عصارۀ مورخوش در غلظتهای 20 و 30 درصد بیشترین تأثیر را در افزایش طول عمر گلجایی نسبت به گلهای تیمارشده با 8-هیدروکسی کینولین سولفات دارد.

تأثیر محلولپاشی سیلیکات پتاسیم و سولفات روی بر برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک دو رقم انگور در شرایط تنش شوری
بهمنظوربررسیتأثیر تنش شوری بربرخی ازویژگیهای فیزیولوژیک انگورو تأثیرمحلولپاشی سیلیکات پتاسیم و سولفات روی در تعدیل اثرگذاریهای شوری، یک آزمایش گلدانی در شرایط گلخانه انجام گرفت. برای این منظور نهالهای ریشهدار رقمهای انگور رشه (متحمل به شوری) و بیدانۀ قرمز (نیمه حساس به شوری) تحتتیمارهای شوری(0، 50 و 100 میلیمولار کلرور سدیم)، محلولپاشی سیلیکات پتاسیم (0، 150 و 300 میلیگرم در لیتر) و سولفات روی (0، 2 و 4 گرم در لیتر) در شرایط آبکشتی (هیدروپونیک)قرار گرفتند. این پژوهش بهصورت یک آزمایش فاکتوریل (رقم، سطوح شوری و تیمار محلولپاشی) در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی ودر سه تکرار اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد با افزایش شدت تنش شوری،محتوای نسبی آب برگ، نورساخت)فتوسنتز)، تعرق، هدایت روزنهای و میزان سبزینه (کلروفیل) کاهش پیدا کرد و میزان کاهش این فراسنجهها در رقم رشه کمتر از رقم بیدانۀ قرمز بود. اما محلولپاشی با سطوح مختلف سیلیکات پتاسیم و سولفات روی موجب افزایش محتوی نسبی آب برگ،نورساخت، تعرق، هدایت روزنهای و میزان سبزینهدر هر دو رقم شد. مؤثرترین تیمار محلولپاشی از بین تیمارهای مورد استفاده، تیمار سیلیکات پتاسیم 300 میلیگرم در لیتر به همراه سولفات روی 2 گرم در لیتر بود بهطوریکه در بالاترین سطح شوری (100 میلیمولار)، محتوای نسبی آب برگ، هدایت روزنهای و نورساخت در این تیمار به ترتیب 75/13، 14/91 و 56/47 درصد بیشتر از تیمار بدون محلولپاشی بود. بنابر نتایج این پژوهش میتوان از محلولپاشی همزمان سیلیکات پتاسیم و سولفات روی برای کاهش اثرگذاریهای شوری در انگور استفاده کرد.

بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر محلولپاشی کلسیم و بُر بر برخی ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی میوۀ سیب رقم گلاب کهنز، آزمایشی در دو سال در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با ده تیمار و چهار تکرار (درمجموع شامل چهل درخت) انجام گرفت. تیمارهای محلولپاشی شامل سه غلظت 5/0، 75/0، 1 درصد، کلرید کلسیم و همچنین سه غلظت یادشده در ترکیب با اسید بوریک 05/0 درصد، سه ترکیب تجاری کلبرون (کلسیم 34درصد و بُر 1درصد)، کلسیوگرین (کلسیم 34درصد) و ست (کلسیم 8درصد و بُر 5/0درصد) و تیمار شاهد بود. میزان ریزش میوه پیش از برداشت، برخی از ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی میوه، عنصرهای کانی پتاسیم، کلسیم و بُر و همچنین فعالیت آنزیمهای پاداکسندگی (آنتیاکسیدانی) سوپر اکسید دیسموتاز، اسکوربیک پراکسیداز و کاتالاز اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد، همۀ تیمارهای کلرید کلسیم به تنهایی، کلرید کلسیم در ترکیب با بُر و ترکیبهای تجاری در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد، میزان ریزش میوه، میزان لک، میزان زنگار و همچنین رنگ میوه را کاهش و میزان سفتی، pH، ویتامین ث، محتوای کلسیم و بُر میوه و همچنین فعالیت هر سه آنزیم پاداکسندگی را افزایش داد. تیمارهای ترکیبی کلسیم و بُر نسبت به تیمارهای کلسیم به تنهایی، در بیشتر ویژگیها برتر بودند و یا اختلاف معنیداری نداشتند. اگرچه بین غلظتهای مختلف کلرید کلسیم و همچنین بین ترکیبهای تجاری و کلرید کلسیم در بیشتر ویژگیها اختلاف معنیداری وجود نداشت، ولی بهطورکلی در بین تیمارها، کلرید کلسیم 75/0 درصد در ترکیب با اسید بوریک 05/0 درصد بهترین تیمار بود.

بررسی تأثیر زئولیت، هیدروژل و ورمیکمپوست بر برخی ویژگیهای ریختشناختی گیاه دارویی همیشهبهار
با توجه به روند روبه رشد استفاده از مادة کانی زئولیت، اهمیت استفاده از بسپار (پلیمر)های سوپر جاذب در کشاورزی بهویژه در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک و کاربرد ورمیکمپوست در تولید محصولات سالم، آزمایش گلدانی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها شامل زئولیت در سه سطح (0، 3 و 6 درصد وزنی) بهعنوان عامل اول، ورمیکمپوست در سه سطح (0، 3 و 6 درصد وزنی) بهعنوان عامل دوم و هیدروژل در سه سطح (0، 2/0 و 4/0 درصد وزنی) بهعنوان عامل سوم بررسی شد. صفات ارتفاع بوته، شمار برگ، گل و دانه در بوته، وزن تر و خشک بوتۀ کامل، عملکرد گل و دانه در بوته اندازهگیری شد. نتایج تجزیۀ دادهها نشان داد که اثر متقابل سهگانه زئولیت، هیدروژل و ورمیکمپوست بر همۀ ویژگیها بهجز شمار گل در بوته و عملکرد گل معنیدار بود. و در بیشتر این ویژگیها با افزایش سطوح ورمیکمپوست و زئولیت همگام با افزایش سطح هیدروژل تا 2/0 درصد افزایش پیدا کردند. اما در مورد شمار گل در بوته و عملکرد گل اثر متقابل دوگانه تیمارها بر آنها معنیدار بود.

تأثیر نانوچندسازة حاوی نانوذرات زئولیت و برخی عنصرهای غذایی بر ویژگیهای رشدی گل بنفشۀ آفریقایی رقم Rhapsody Clementine’‘
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر نانوچندسازة (کامپوزیت) حاوی نانوذرات زئولیت و برخی عنصرهای غذایی بر ویژگیهای رشدی گل بنفشۀ آفریقایی، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشکدۀ کشاورزی دانشگاه اراک در سال 1394 انجام گرفت. بنفشۀ آفریقایی (Saintpaulia inonatha Wendl) در کنار محبوبیتی که بهعنوان گیاه گلدانی در جهان دارد، به نوع آبیاری حساسیت بالایی دارد. تماس مداوم آب با اندامهای گیاه باعث پوسیدگی و پدیدار شدن لکههای سفید و زرد روی برگها میشود. در این تحقیق تأثیر کاربرد نانوچندسازة حاوی نانوذرات زئولیت و برخی عنصرهای غذایی (نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم) در چهار سطح (0، 1، 2 و 3 گرم در هر گلدان) و سه دور آبیاری (5، 10 و 15 روزه) بر برخی شاخصهای ریختشناختی (مورفولوژیکی) و فیزیولوژیکی بنفشۀ آفریقایی بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که نانوچندسازة مورد استفاده بهویژه در بیشترین میزان بهکاررفته (3 گرم در هر گلدان) افزون بر کاهش تأثیر منفی کمآبیاری، باعث افزایش چند برابری جذب عنصرهای فسفر و پتاسیم در تیمارهای حاوی آنها شد. همچنین افزایش معنیدار ویژگیهای ریختشناختی (مانند طول و عرض برگها، تاجپوشش (کانوپی) و وزن تر) و کاهش برخی ویژگیهای فیزیولوژیکی مانند نشت یونی مشاهده شد.
