بررسی تأثیر تنشهای دمایی و گرسنگی بر زندهمانی و تقسیمهای یاختهای در کشت میکروسپورهای رز (Rosa hybrida L.)
در این پژوهش نظام کشت میکروسپورهای (Microspore culture) جداشده در پانزده رقم رز بررسی شد. در آزمایش نخست تأثیر رقمهای رز بر زندهمانی و تقسیمهای یاختهای میکروسپورها بررسی شد. نتایج بهدستآمده نشان داد که میکروسپورهای ‘Apollo’، ‘Amarosa’، ‘Majic’، ‘Candy’، ‘Exotic’و ‘Velvet’ در میان رقمهای مورد بررسی بیشترین تقسیمهای یاختهای را انجام دادند. در آزمایش دوم تأثیر محیطهای کشت TMG و AT3 با منابع قندی متفاوت (مالتوز، گلوکز و ساکارز) با یا بدون آمینواسید لاکتوالبومین هیدرولیزات بر القای جنینزایی میکروسپورهای رز آزمایش شد. بالاترین میزان زندهمانی و تشکیل ساختارهای چندیاختهای میکروسپورها در محیط کشت AT3 حاوی قند گلوکز و لاکتوالبومین هیدرولیزات به دست آمد. در آزمایش سوم اثر تنشهای دمایی (°C25، °C4 به مدت چهارده روز و °C30 به مدت هفت روز) بر زندهمانی و تقسیمهای یاختهای میکروسپورها بررسی شد. اگرچه بالاترین درصد زندهمانی میکروسپورها در دمای °C25 بهدست آمد، ولی میکروسپورها بیشترین تقسیمهای یاختهای خود را در تیمارهای تنشی نشان دادند. در آزمایش چهارم تأثیر تنش گرسنگی بر القای جنین در میکروسپورها آزمایش شد. در رقم Amarosa، تیمار گرسنگی به مدت سه روز در دمای °C4 باعث القای جنین شد. این نخستین گزارش القای جنین در میکروسپورهای رز است که باززایی جنینهای بهدستآمده مشاهده نشد.

بررسی تأثیر تنش آبی شدید بر برخی ویژگیهای دانهالهای مرکبات
با توجه به پرورش مرکبات در اقلیمهای گرمسیری و نیمهگرمسیری که اغلب در معرض خشکی قرار میگیرند پژوهشی برای بررسی پاسخ برخی از پایههای بذری مرکبات به خشکی، بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار و دو دانهال در هر واحد آزمایشی در شرایط گلخانه انجام شد. عامل اول شامل پنج پایۀ مختلف مرکبات و عامل دوم تیمارهای آبیاری شامل آبیاری بهینه (حفظ رطوبت بستر در حد ظرفیت گلدانی) و تنش شدید (قطع آبیاری به مدت شش هفته) بودند. نتایج نشان داد در شرایط تنش خشکی، ترکیبهای بیوشیمیایی شامل پرولین، قند محلول، مالوندیآلدئید و کاروتنوئید در بیشتر پایهها افزایش و میزان سبزینۀ (کلروفیل) a، b و کل کاهش یافت. همچنین در شرایط خشکی بیشترین تجمع پرولین در بکرایی، بیشترین میزان قند محلول در نارنج و کمترین میزان تجمع پرولین و قند محلول در پایۀ لیموترش مکزیکی (مکزیکن لایم) مشاهده شد. اثر متقابل تیمارهای آبیاری و پایه بر میزان تجمع مالوندیآلدئید معنیدار نشد. میزان کاهش سبزینۀ a، سبزینۀ b و کل در رافلمون بیشتر از دیگر پایهها و میزان کاهش سبزینۀ a در نارنج و سبزینۀ b و کل در ماکروفیلا کمتر بود. همچنین میزان افزایش کاروتنوئید در نارنج بیشتر و در لیموترش مکزیکی کمتر بود. لذا میتوان گفت نارنج با افزایش قندهای محلول و کاروتنوئید به خشکی واکنش نشان داده و تحمل بیشتری نسبت به دیگر پایهها دارد.

بررسی تأثیر بسترهای کاشت با حجم هوای متفاوت بر رشد نشای گوجهفرنگی گلخانهای
بسترهای کشت بدون خاک حجم هوای متفاوتی دارند. تفاوت در حجم هوای بسترهای ترکیبی، سبب تغییر در مدیریت محلولرسانی و در نتیجه رشد و عملکرد میشود. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر حجم هوای مؤثر بر رشد نشای گوجهفرنگی گلخانهای و کارایی مصرف آب آبیاری، ویژگیهای فیزیکی (ظرفیت نگهداری آب، حجم هوای مؤثر و خلل و فرج مؤثر) پنجاه بستر ترکیبی اندازهگیری شد. بسترهای با حجم هوای مؤثر متفاوت، اما تخلخل مؤثر و ظرفیت نگهداری آب یکسان بهعنوان تیمارهای آزمایش انتخاب شدند. آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تیمار (پرلیت-کوکوپیت20:80، ماسه- کوکوپیت 50-50 و پرلیت-ورمیکولیت 40:60)، سه تکرار و دوازده مشاهده در هر واحد آزمایشی طراحی و اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد حجم هوای متفاوت در بسترهای کشت، هنگامیکه دیگر ویژگیهای فیزیکی یکسان باشد، تأثیر معنیداری بر رشد نشای گوجهفرنگی و همچنین کارایی مصرف آب آبیاری دارد. بیشترین وزن خشک اندام هوایی، وزن خشک ریشه، سطح برگ و قطر در بستر ترکیبی ماسه-کوکوپیت با حجم هوای85/10 درصد و کمترین آنها در بستر پرلیت-ورمیکولیت با حجم هوای17 درصد به دست آمد. بین بسترهای ماسه-کوکوپیت و پرلیت کوکوپیت (حجم هوای 3/21 درصد) در مراحل آغازین رشد در بسیاری از صفات تفاوتی دیده نشد. از لحاظ کارایی مصرف آب آبیاری، بستر ماسه-کوکوپیت برتری چشمگیری نسبت به دیگر تیمارها داشت.

تأثیر سطوح مختلف آبیاری بر رشد، عملکرد، کیفیت و کارایی مصرف آب گیاهان پیوندی و غیرپیوندی خربزۀ زرد جلالی در نظام آبیاری قطرهای
در این پژوهش از تودۀ بومی خربزۀ زرد جلالی بهعنوان پیوندک و از کدوهای تجاری رقمهای شینتوزا (Shintozwa) و فرو (Ferro-RZ) بهعنوان پایه استفاده شد. گیاهان پیوندشده روی کدو همراه با گیاهان خود پیوندی و غیر پیوندی در سه سطح آبیاری 60، 80 و 100 درصد، که به ترتیب برابر با 32/4984، 82/6124 و 41/7239 مترمکعب در هکتار بر پایۀ تخلیۀ رطوبتی خاک، تحت نظام آبیاری قطرهای ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش تنش کمآبی سفتی گوشت میوه، محتوای نسبی آب برگ و سبزینۀ (کلروفیل) برگ گیاه کاهش یافت. مقایسۀ میانگینها، نشان داد که عملکرد کل بیشترین (76/40 تن در هکتار) و کمترین (16/31 تن در هکتار) به ترتیب به پایۀ شینتوزا و گیاه خود پیوندی اختصاص داشت. تغییرپذیری نسبی تأثیر پیوند در افزایش عملکرد کل در پایههای شینتوزا و فرو در مقایسه با گیاهان غیر پیوندی به ترتیب 07/23 و 19/14 درصد در شرایط تنش کمآبی بود. همچنین افزایش عملکرد ناشی از افزایش در وزن میوه بود بهطوریکه میانگین وزن میوه در پایۀ شینتوزا (51/3 کیلوگرم) و پایۀ فرو (59/3 کیلوگرم) در مقایسه با گیاهان غیر پیوندی (97/2 کیلوگرم) بیشتر بود. بین سطوح آبیاری شاهد و 80 درصد تفاوت معنیداری از نظر عملکرد و میانگین وزن میوه وجود نداشت. همچنین بیشترین (18/38 تن در هکتار) و کمترین (22/26 تن در هکتار) عملکرد بازارپسند به ترتیب به سطوح آبیاری 100 و 60 درصد اختصاص داشت. بیشترین (70/6 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب) و کمترین (05/5 کیلوگرم بر مترمکعب) میزان کارایی مصرف آب به ترتیب به پایههای شینتوزا و گیاهان خود پیوندی مربوط بود.

تغییرپذیری رنگدانههای نورساختی، اسید کلروژنیک، اسید کافئیک و پرولین پینة کنگرفرنگی تحت تأثیر کاربرد محرکهای متابولیتی
اسید سالیسیلیک (SA) و متیل جاسمونات (MeJA) بهعنوان دو هورمون گیاهی با القای ساخت (سنتز) آنزیم فنیل آلانین آمونیالیاز و تحریک تولید و تجمع پروتئین کینازها، اکسیژنهای رادیکال آزاد و اسمولیتهایی مانند پرولین نقش بسزایی در تولید متابولیتهای ثانویه ایفاء میکنند. در این پژوهش تأثیر محرکهای SA و MeJA بر تجمع امینواسید پرولین، محتوای اسید کلروژنیک و اسید کافئیک و همچنین غلظت رنگدانههای درونی پینة (کالوس) کنگرفرنگی بررسی شد. به این منظور نمونههای پینة کنگرفرنگی با پنج سطح 0، 50، 100، 200 و 250 میکرومولار SA و MeJA (الیسیتور) با چهار تکرار، در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی تیمار شدند. بر پایۀ نتایج بهدستآمده تجمع پرولین و محتوای اسید کلروژنیک و اسید کافئیک تحت تأثیر غلظتهای مختلف محرکهای بهکاربردهشده قرار داشتند. نکتۀ جالبتوجه اینکه بین این ترکیبها و تأثیر محرکهای مورداستفاده همبستگی مشاهده شد. بهطوریکه تحت تأثیر تیمار 100 میکرومولار SA بیشترین تجمع اسید کلروژنیک، اسید کافئیک و پرولین مشاهده شد. افزایش سطح محرکها از این مقدار،کاهش محتوای اسید کلروژنیک، اسید کافئیک و میزان پرولین را به همراه داشت. در نمونههای تیمارشده با MeJA نیز نمونههای تیمارشده با متیل جاسمونات 100 میکرومولار بیشترین محتوای اسید کافئیک و پرولین را داشته و بیشترین میزان اسید کلروژنیک در تیمار 200 میکرومولار تجمع یافت همچنین بر پایۀ نتایج بهدستآمده ممکن است بیان شود، اگرچه تولید متابولیتها تحت تأثیر محرکهای متابولیتی افزایش مییابند، بااینوجود افزایش غلظت محرکهای متابولیتی بیشازحد بهینه نتیجۀ عکس خواهد داشت.

تأثیر محلولپاشی پیش از برداشت پوتریسین و اسید سالیسیلیک بر برخی خواص کیفی میوۀ سیب رقم گرانی اسمیت
در این تحقیق محلولهای اسید سالیسیلیک و پوتریسین هر کدام در چهار غلظت 0، 5/0، 1 و 2 میلیمولار تهیه شدند و بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی روی درختان میوۀ سیب گرانی اسمیت محلولپاشی شدند. پس از برداشت میوهها، فراسنجههای درصد کاهش وزن، سفتی بافت، مواد جامد قابلحل، درصد اسیدهای قابل عیارسنجی (تیتراسیون)، اسید آسکوربیک، pH، شاخص طعم و رنگ پوست در پنج نوبت اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اعمال تیمارها در مقایسه با نمونههای شاهد بهطور معنیداری (05/0>P) باعث جلوگیری از کاهش وزن میوه، حفظ سفتی بافت و حفظ درصد اسید قابل عیارسنجی شد. در مجموع نمونههای تیمارشده با غلظتهای 1 و 2 میلیمولار اسید سالیسیلیک و پوتریسین نسبت به غلظتهای دیگر کمترین کاهش وزن، بیشترین سفتی و بالاترین درصد اسید قابل عیارسنجی را داشتند. میزان مواد جامد قابلحل نیز در بعضی از مراحل بهطور معنیداری تحت تأثیر تیمارهای بررسی شده بود (05/0>P). تیمارها بر فراسنجههای pH، شاخص طعم و رنگ پوست در هیچکدام از مراحل تأثیر معنیداری نداشتند.

بررسی سازگاری گردۀ برخی از رقمها و ژنوتیپهای امیدبخش انتخابی بادام
بادام (Prunus dulcis L.) یکی از مهمترین گونههای جنس پرونوس است که بیشتر رقمها و نژادگانهای آن خودناسازگار و برخی نیز دگر ناسازگارند. هرچند امروزه رقمهای خودسازگار ایجادشده از طریق بهنژادی در دسترس است. بنابراین رقمهای خودناسازگار برای گردهافشانی، تلقیح و تولید نیازمند دانۀ گردۀ سازگار دیگر رقمها هستند. در این راستا بررسی سازگاری گردهافشانی سه رقم تونو، شکوفه، سهند و پنج نژادگان امیدبخش انتخابی A1.16، A9.7، A8.39، A10.11، A230 با استفاده از روش گردهافشانی کنترلشده انجام شد. ترکیبهای تلاقیها بر پایۀ همپوشانی گلدهی در سه گروه انجام شد. نتایج بهدستآمده نشان داد که ترکیب تلاقی × A9.7تونو (با 52/60 درصد تشکیل میوه)، A9.7 × A10.11 (با 20/79 درصد تشکیل میوه) و سهند × شکوفه ( با 25/77 درصد تشکیل میوه) بالاترین درصد تشکیل میوه و بیشترین سازگاری در تلاقیهای بهکاررفته در گروههای مختلف را داشتند. همچنین ترکیب تلاقیهای × A230تونو (با 45/42 درصد تشکیل میوه) و سهند × تونو (با 52/39 درصد تشکیل میوه) 50 درصد ناسازگاری نشان دادند.

بررسی برخی ترکیبهای ضداکسایشی و فعالیت ضداکسایشی کل در هشت رقم توتفرنگی (Fragaria x ananassa Duch.)
توتفرنگی (Fragaria ananassa Duch.) منبع خوبی از ترکیبهای ضداکسایشی طبیعی است. در این بررسی میوههای هشت رقم توتفرنگی شامل کردستان، مرک، کاماروسا، پاروس، کویینالیزا، ونتانا، سلوا و پاجرو در مرحلۀ رسیدگی برداشت شدند و برای تجزیه و تحلیل محتوای فنل کل، آنتوسیانین کل، ویتامین ث، مواد جامد محلول (TSS) و فعالیت ضداکسایشی کل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بالاترین میزان TSS در رقمهای کردستان، کاماروسا، مرک و ونتانا مشاهده شد. رقمهای پاجرو، کویینالیزا و پاروس پایینترین محتوای فنل کل را دارند. میزان آنتوسیانین کل و ویتامین ث در رقمهای کردستان، مرک و کاماروسا در بالاترین میزان بود. از بین رقمهای بررسیشده، رقم مرک بالاترین میزان اسیدیتۀ قابل عیارسنجی (تیتراسیون) را داشت، درحالیکه رقم کویینالیزا پایینترین فعالیت ضداکسایشی کل را نشان داد. همبستگی مثبت بین محتوای فنل کل (41/0)، محتوای آنتوسیانینها (42/0)، ویتامین ث (53/0) و اسیدیتۀ قابل تیتراسیون (53/0) با فعالیت ضداکسایشی کل وجود داشت. بهطورکلی رقمهای کردستان، مرک و کاماروسا منابع مهمی برای ترکیبهای ضداکسایشی هستند.

تأثیر سطوح مختلف سولفات آمونیوم بر رنگیزههای نورساختی، میزان و اجزای اسانس مرزۀ تابستانۀ رقم اصلاحشدۀ ساترن (Satureja hortensis L. cv Saturn)
بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف سولفات آمونیوم بر رنگیزههای نورساختی (فتوسنتزی)، میزان و اجزای اسانس گیاه مرزۀ تابستانه (Satureja hortensis L.)، آزمایشی بر پایۀ طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با پنج تیمار و سه تکرار در شرایط آب و هوایی کرج به اجرا درآمد. تیمارها شامل پنج سطح مختلف سولفات آمونیوم شامل: شاهد (0)، 40، 60، 80 و 100 کیلوگرم سولفات آمونیوم بود که بهصورت سرک به کرتها اضافه شد. در مرحلۀ گلدهی کامل، بوتههای مربوط به هر تیمار برداشت شدند و صفات مورد بررسی شامل میزان سبزینه یا کلروفیل (b,a و کل)، میزان کاروتنوئید، درصد، عملکرد و اجزای اسانس اندازهگیری شد. نتایج، نشاندهندۀ تفاوت معنیدار تیمارها بر برخی از صفات اندازهگیری شده بود. از 26 ترکیب شناساییشده در تیمارهای مختلف، تنها دوازده ترکیب تحت تأثیر سطوح کودی قرار گرفتند. همچنین درصد و عملکرد اسانس نیز بهطور معنیداری تحت تأثیر تیمارها تغییر پیدا کردند. با افزایش سطوح مختلف سولفات آمونیوم درصد و عملکرد اسانس افزایش معنیداری پیدا کرد بهطوریکه بالاترین درصد و عملکرد اسانس (به ترتیب 55/3 درصد و 97/49 میلیلیتر) مربوط به تیمار 100 کیلوگرم سولفات آمونیوم و کمترین میزان (به ترتیب 68/2 درصد و 32/16 میلیلیتر) مربوط به تیمار شاهد بود. کارواکرول بهعنوان ترکیب اصلی این گیاه تحت تأثیر تیمار کودی قرار گرفت. بالاترین میزان کارواکرول (06/52 درصد) و کمترین میزان (57/46 درصد) به ترتیب در تیمارهای40 و 60 کیلوگرم سولفات آمونیوم اندازهگیری شد. کمترین میزان محتوای سبزینۀ کل (69/18 میلیگرم بر گرم نمونۀ تر) مربوط به تیمار 100 کیلوگرم سولفات آمونیوم بود و دیگر تیمارها در یک گروه قرار داشتند.

بررسی تأثیر کائولین بر میزان آفتابسوختگی و شاخصهای کیفی انار رقم ملس ترش ساوه
آفتابسوختگی عارضهای فیزیولوژیکی است که با کاهش کیفیت میوة انار، سالانه آسیب و زیان زیادی به باغداران وارد میکند. در این پژوهش، تأثیر کائولین بر حفظ کیفیت و کاهش آفتابسوختگی میوة انار رقم ملس ترش ساوه بررسی شد. درختان انار طی فصل رشد در سه مرحله به ترتیب 45، 75 و 105 روز پس از تشکیل میوه با چهار سطح کائولین فرآوری شده (0، 5/2، 5 و 10 درصد) محلولپاشی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که کائولین بهطور معنیداری آفتابسوختگی میوه را کاهش داد. میزان مواد جامد محلول (TSS)، فلاونوئید کل و آنتوسیانین کل و میزان فعالیت آنزیمهای سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، پراکسیداز و کاتالاز در میوههای تیمارشده کمتر از شاهد بود. همچنین میزان سیانیدین 3- گلوکوزید، سیانیدین 3و5- دیگلوکوزید، دلفینیدین 3و5- دیگلوکوزید و پلارگونیدین 3و5- دیگلوکوزید در میوههای تیمارشده با کائولین بهطور معنیداری در مقایسه با شاهد کاهش یافت. در مقابل، میزان فنل کل میوه افزایش یافت، اما تغییر معنیداری در ظرفیت پاداکسندگی (آنتیاکسیدانی) کل و میزان TA، pH، TSS/TA و دلفینیدین 3-گلوکوزید و پلارگونیدین 3-گلوکوزید آب انار مشاهده نشد. در کل، سه بار محلولپاشی درختان انار با غلظت 5 درصد کائولین با فاصلة سی روز برای جلوگیری از آسیب و زیان آفتابسوختگی میوة انار توصیه میشود.

تأثیر باردهی و تغییر قندهای محلول و نشاسته در ساقه، جوانه و برگ بر بافتمردگی جوانۀ اولیۀ انگور
بافتمردگی جوانۀ (Bud necrosis) یک ناهنجاری فیزیولوژیک در انگور است که منجر به مرگ جوانههای بارور شده و عملکرد کاهش مییابد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تغییر میزان قندهای محلول و نشاسته و ارتباط آن با بروز بافتمردگی جوانۀ اولیه در انگور عسکری بود. آزمایش در تاکستانی با سن پانزده سال و نظام تربیت پاچراغی و فاصلۀ کاشت 5/2 × 3 متر، بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در سال 1387- 1386، اجرا شد. عامل اول شامل تیمار میوهدار و بدون میوه، عامل دوم نوع اندام گیاهی در سه سطح (جوانه، برگ و ساقه) و عامل سوم زمان نمونهبرداری در ده سطح (40 روز تا 130 روز) بود. نتایج نشان داد که نخستین نشانۀ ناهنجاری در60 روز پس از شکفتن جوانهها آغاز و تا آخر فصل رشد ادامه داشت. همچنین غلظت قندهای محلول در اوایل فصل رشد، افزایش و سپس کاهش یافت، ولی نشاسته در همۀ اندامها بهویژه در جوانه افزایش یافت. غلظت قندهای محلول و نشاسته در تاکهای میوهدار نسبت به بدون میوه بیشتر بود. در هر دو بوتۀ میوهدار و بدون میوه با گذشت زمان، میزان ذخیرۀ نشاسته در همۀ اندامها افزایش داشت. همبستگی منفی قندهای محلول و نشاسته با درصد بافتمردگی جوانۀ اولیه در تاکهای بدون میوه نسبت به میوهدار مشاهده شد. بهعبارتدیگر، نقش قندهای محلول و میزان ذخیرۀ نشاسته در جوانه بر بروز ناهنجاری بافتمردگی جوانه در انگور رقم عسکری اثبات شد.

ارزیابی تأثیر پاکلوبوترازول و ترینگزاپکاتیل بر ویژگیهای ریختشناختی و فیزیولوژیکی دو گیاه پرچینی رزماری (Rosmarinus officinalis) و نوش (Thuja orientalis “Morgan”)
در سالهای اخیر استفاده از تنظیمکنندههای رشد بهویژه کندکنندههای رشد افزایش چشمگیری یافته است. تریازولها (پاکلوبوترازول و ترینگزاپک اتیل) بهعنوان مؤثرترین و کمخطرترین کندکنندههای رشد سبب ایجاد گیاهان پوششی کوتاهتر و متراکمتر میشود که برگهای سبز تیرهتر و ضخیمتر دارد. برای ارزیابی تأثیر پاکلوبوترازول و ترینگزاپکاتیل بر ویژگیهای ریختشناختی (مرفولوژیکی) و فیزیولوژیکی دو گیاه پرچینی (رزماری و نوش رقم مورگان) آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی شامل شانزده تیمار و سه تکرار اجرا شد. بدین منظور بیدرنگ پس از هرس هر دو گیاه، محلولپاشی برگی پاکلوبوترازول با غلظتهای 1000 و 4000 میلیگرم در لیتر، ترینگزاپکاتیل با غلظت 1000 میلیگرم در لیتر و آب مقطر بهعنوان شاهد انجام شد. صفات مورد اندازهگیری در این پژوهش شامل ارتفاع، طول و عرض گیاه، وزن تر و خشک بخشهای هرسشده، طول میانگره، میزان پرولین، سبزینۀ (کلروفیل)a، سبزینۀb و سبزینۀ کل بود. نتایج نشان دادند کندکنندههای رشد سبب کاهش رشد طولی و عرضی، طول میانگرهها، وزن تر و خشک بخشهای هرسشدۀ گیاه و افزایش میزان پرولین, سبزینۀ a، b و کل نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد.

تأثیر بنزیلآدنین و نیترات پتاسیم بر برخی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی گل نرگس (Narcissus tazetta L.)
تنظیمکنندههای رشد مختلفی برای بهبود کیفیت گلبریده در گیاهان پیازی استفاده میشوند ولی تأثیر آنها به ژنوتیپ و شرایط رشد گیاه مانند وضعیت تغذیۀ گیاه نیز بستگی دارد. این آزمایش بهمنظور بررسی برهمکنش بنزیلآدنین با غلظتهای (0، 100، 200 و 500 میلیگرم در لیتر) به دو روش (خیساندن سوخها به مدت 24 ساعت پیش از کشت، محلولپاشی در مراحل اولیۀ ظهور گلآذین) و نیترات پتاسیم با مقادیر (0، 1، 2، 4 گرم در کیلوگرم خاک بهصورت تغذیۀ خاکی) نیز در دو مرحلۀ (سه برگی و در مرحلۀ متورم شدن گلآذین در میان برگها) بر قطر گلچه و ساقۀ گل، ارتفاع ساقۀ گلدهنده، شمار گل در سوخ، وزن تر و خشک گل، عمر گلجایی گلبریده و کربوهیدراتهای محلول و پروتئین برگ نرگس در کشت گلدانی در شرایط مزرعهای انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد همۀ صفات موردبررسی پس از کاربرد تیمارهای بنزیلآدنین تغییرهای معنیداری داشتند که نشان میدهد، نرگس نسبت به سایتوکینین حساسیت مثبت دارد. از نظر آماری تیمار نیترات پتاسیم اثر معنیداری بر شمار گل در سوخ، وزن تر و خشک گل، عمر گلجایی گلبریده نداشت. اما برهمکنش تأثیر بنزیلآدنین و نیترات پتاسیم در غلظتهای بالا موجب افزایش معنیدار در قطر گلچه و ساقه، وزن تر و خشک گل، عمر گلجایی گلبریده و میزان کربوهیدراتهای محلول و پروتئین برگ شد. تغییر در ویژگیهای ریختشناسی و بیوشیمیایی در نتیجه کاربرد بنزیلآدنین و نیترات پتاسیم، کیفیت گلبریدة نرگس را بهطور مثبتی تغییر داد.

بررسی تأثیر تنش شوری بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی تودههای مختلف گیاه دارویی شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum- graecum L.)
شنبلیله (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) از مهمترین گیاهانی است که در صنایع دارویی استفاده میشود. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر شوری کلرید سدیم بر محتوای رطوبت نسبی، پایداری غشاء، محتوی سبزینه (کلروفیل)، سدیم، پتاسیم، نسبت سدیم به پتاسیم و انباشت متابولیتهای سازگاری (پرولین)، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار بهصورت گلدانی در سال 1392 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل هشت تودۀ بومی شنبلیله از اصفهان، تبریز، همدان، ساری، چالوس، آمل، مشهد، یاسوج و چهار سطح شوری (60، 120، 180 میلیمولار و آب آشامیدنی بهعنوان شاهد) بود. نتایج تجزیههای آماری نشان داد که تنش شوری اثر معنیداری بر محتوای رطوبت نسبی، پایداری غشاء، سبزینۀ a، سبزینۀ b، سبزینۀ کل، سدیم، پتاسیم و میزان پرولین داشت. با افزایش سطوح شوری آب آبیاری همۀ صفات بهجز میزان پرولین، سدیم و نسبت سدیم به پتاسیم کاهش یافت. ازنظر صفات فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی بیشترین میزان از گروه شاهد (شوری صفر) به دست آمد. بیشترین میزان سدیم، سدیم به پتاسیم و پرولین در آخرین سطح شوری (180 میلیمولار) نسبت به شاهد مشاهده شد. بین تودهها، به ترتیب تودههای چالوس، مشهد و اصفهان متحملترین تودهها به شوری بودند. بر پایۀ نتایج این پژوهش، به نظر میرسد بتوان از این سه توده بهعنوان تودههای حاوی ژنهای متحمل به شوری برای اصلاح تودههایی با ظرفیت عملکرد زیاد در مناطق شور استفاده کرد.

بررسی تأثیر محلولپاشی آهن بر برخی فراسنجههای بیوشیمیایی و نورساختی گیاه ریحان مقدس (Ocimum sanctum)
ریحان مقدس (Ocimum sanctum) یکی از مهمترین گیاهان دارویی تیرۀ نعناعیان است. بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر محلولپاشی آهن بر میزان آهن جذبشده، سبزینه (کلروفیل) و فراسنجههای نورساختی (فتوسنتزی) ریحان مقدس، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 91-1392 در مزرعۀ تحقیقاتی گروه علوم باغبانی، دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز بر پایۀ طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در شش تیمار و سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: شاهد (بدون محلولپاشی)، محلولپاشی با کلات آهن (1 و 5/1 گرم در لیتر) و نانوکلات آهن (5/0، 1 و 5/1 گرم در لیتر) بودند. نتایج نشان داد، کاربرد محلولپاشی کود آهن بر صفات میزان آهن و سبزینه برگ، نرخ هدایت روزنهای، تعرق، نورساخت خالص و کارایی مصرف نور در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنیدار بود. بیشترین میزان آهن جذبشده، هدایت روزنهای، نرخ تعرق و کارایی مصرف نور در تیمار محلولپاشی 1 گرم در لیتر نانوکلات آهن مشاهده شد. همچنین بیشترین میزان سبزینه، کاروتنوئید و نرخ نورساخت خالص در تیمار محلولپاشی 5/1 گرم در لیتر نانوکلات آهن بهدست آمد. کمترین میزان صفات یادشده در تیمار شاهد مشاهده شد. ترکیب غالب اسانس گیاه شامل اوژنول، 1،8- سینئول و متیلکاویکول بود. بر پایۀ نتایج بهدستآمده، برای بهبود صفات یادشده، محلولپاشی 1 گرم در لیتر نانوکلات آهن پیشنهاد میشود.

تأثیر قارچریشة آربسکولار بر برخی شاخصهای رشدی و فیزیولوژیکی در انگور رقم پرلت در شرایط دمای بالا
دمای بالا از جمله عاملهای محیطی محدودکنندۀ رشد گیاه در بسیاری از مناطق است. بنابراین با روند رو به افزایش پدیدۀ گرم شدن کرۀ زمین در سالهای اخیر، بررسی تأثیر دمای بالا در رقمها و گونههای مختلف و ارائۀ راهکارهایی در جهت بهبود تحمل گیاهان اهمیت زیادی دارد. در این پژوهش تأثیر قارچریشة (میکوریزا) آربسکولار بر برخی صفات فیزیولوژیکی و ریختشناختی (مورفولوژیکی) یا شاخصهای رشدی در انگور رقم پرلت در سه سطح دمایی شامل 25، 40 و 45 درجۀ سلسیوس، بررسی شد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام گرفت. بر پایۀ نتایج بهدستآمده کارایی فتوشیمیایی نظام نوری 2 (فتوسیستمII ) در گیاهان بدون مایهکوبی با قارچ در دمای 45 درجۀ سلسیوس به میزان زیادی کاهش یافت. شاخص سبزینگی نیز در دمای 40 و 45 درجۀ سلسیوس در حالت مایهکوبی نکردن با قارچ کاهش یافت، درحالیکه این کاهش در گیاهان مایهکوبیشده با قارچ کمتر بود. درصد کلنیزاسیون ریشه با قرار گرفتن گیاهان در معرض دمای 45 درجه بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت. بهطورکلی تلقیح گیاهان با قارچریشة آربسکولار تا حدی باعث بهبود تحمل به شرایط تنش دمایی در انگور رقم پرلت شد.

ارزیابی الگوهای برآورد نیاز سرمایی زمستانه با استفاده از دادههای مشاهدهای پدیدهشناختی درخت سیب در ارومیه
در درختان سیب مرحلۀ گلدهی در رویارویی با دماهای پایین و یخبندان در اوایل بهار بسیار آسیبپذیر و زمان شکفتن گلها یکی از مراحل مهم در چرخۀ سالانۀ رشد درخت سیب به شمار میرود. بنابراین، پیشبینی دقیق هنگام رخدادِ آن با یک الگوی توانمند میتواند در مدیریت خطر دماهای پایین دیررس بهاره اهمیت داشته باشد. در این پژوهش از سه الگوی نیاز سرمایی ساده (CH)، یوتا (UM) و دینامیکی (DM) برای تجمع ساعتهای سرمایی در فصل زمستان استفاده شده است. هدف از این پژوهش مقایسۀ عملکرد و بررسی توانمندی الگوهای نیاز سرمایی در پیشبینی زمان مراحل مختلف پدیدشناختی (فنولوژی) درخت سیب در شمال غرب ایران است. بدین منظور، از دادههای پدیدشناختی درخت سیب به مدت سیزده سال و آمار درازمدت 28 سالۀ میانگین کمینۀ دما و بیشینه دمای روزانۀ هوا در ایستگاه تحقیقات هواشناسی کهریز واقع در استان آذربایجان غربی برای ارزیابی الگوهای نیاز سرمایی استفاده شد. نتایج اعتبارسنجی خروجی الگوها نشان داد که الگوی دینامیکی برای برآورد زمان دقیق گلدهی در منطقۀ مورد بررسی با ریشۀ میانگین مربعات خطای (RMSE) کمتر از چهار روز و با خطای نسبی کمتر از 3 درصد، توانمندترین الگو در تجمیع ساعتهای سرمایشی و گرمایشی است. همچنین، با توجه به توزیع آماری دادههای کمینۀ دمای هوا در درازمدت، احتمال خطر آسیب و زیان دماهای پایین پس از تاریخهای معین برآورد شد. نتایج توزیع آماری در مقایسه با برآورد الگوها نشان داد، رقمهای زود گل که پیش از پنجم فروردین جوانههای گل آنها فعالیت خود را آغاز میکنند، با احتمال خطر 50 درصد در معرض خطر سرمازدگی دیررس بهاره قرار دارند.

پاسخ برخی تودههای هندوانه به سطوح مختلف تنش کمآبی ناشی از پلیاتیلن گلیکول
بهمنظور بررسی پاسخ پنج تودۀ هندوانه (TN.93.765، TN.93.469، TN.93.485، TN.93.425و TN.93.330) به تنش خشکی، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. این تحقیق در محیط آبکشت (هیدروپونیک) با چهار سطح مختلف پتانسیل اسمزی ناشی از پلیاتیلن گلیکول6000 شامل 0 (شاهد)، 4/0-، 8/0-، 2/1- مگاپاسکال بررسی شد. بر پایۀ نتایج بهدستآمده در بین تودههای هندوانه تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده شد. تودههای TN.93.765و TN.93.485 کمترین کاهش وزن تر، خشک و سطح برگ و بیشترین میزان رنگیزههای نورساختی (فتوسنتزی) را در سطح تنش شدید (Mpa2/1-) به خود اختصاص دادند. میزان رنگدانههای سبزینه (کلروفیل) و کاروتنوئید با افزایش میزان پتانسیل اسمزی تا سطح 8/0- افزایش تدریجی نشان داد اما در سطح تنش 2/1- میزان آنها کاهش یافت. در بین تودههای موردبررسیTN.93.765 از اصفهان و TN.93.485 از خراسان بیشترین مقدار پرولین، فنل کل و ارزش پاداکسندگی (آنتیاکسیدانی) را در سطح تنش شدید به خود اختصاص دادند. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده میتوان استنباط کرد که این تودهها به شرایط تنش خشکی در مقایسه با تودههای دیگر متحملتر هستند.

شناسایی، تمایز و ثبت رقمهای انگور بومی و تجاری ایران
حفاظت و جلوگیری از خروج غیرقانونی ذخایر ژنتیکی (ژرمپلاسم) انگور بهعنوان مهمترین سرمایههای کشور، نیازمند شناسهدار کردن رقمهای تجاری و بومی و ثبت آنها در مراکز بینالمللی است. این پروژه برای تمایز و ارزیابی مهمترین رقمهای تجاری انگور ایران (فخری، پیکانی کاشمر، خوشناو، ریشبابای سفید و قرمز، بیدانۀ سفید و قرمز، شاهرودی، شصت عروس، یاقوتی، عسکری و میش پستان) بر پایۀ صفتهای ریختشناختی (مورفولوژیک) یا ساختار ظاهری و فیزیولوژیک با هدف ثبت آنها در مرکز بینالمللی حفاظت از رقمهای گیاهی (UPOV) در استانهای قزوین و آذربایجان غربی انجام شد. صفتهای رویشی و زایشی بنا بر دستورکار آزمونهای تمایز، یکنواختی و پایداری (DUS) طی دو سال در قالب طرح آماری بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد صفتهای کمی یا کیفی به تنهایی قادر به تمایز رقمهای انگور موردبررسی از یکدیگر نیستند. لیکن استفاده از ترکیب برخی از ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی بهعنوان صفتهای کلیدی،کارایی کامل دارد. بهطوریکه با کاربرد امتیازهای یازده صفت شامل شمار پیچکهای متوالی، شکل پهنک برگ کامل، مقطع عرضی برگ کامل، شمار پارپهنک (lobe)، شکل دندانه، زمان آغاز رسیدن حبه، اندازه، شکل و رنگ پوست حبه، میزان آنتوسیانین گوشت و تشکیل دانه، بهعنوان یک "گیاه کد" و یا بروز چهار صفت شامل رنگ میوه، تشکیل دانه، طول پیچک و مقطع عرضی برگ کامل، رقمها بهطور دقیق از همدیگر متمایز شدند. بنابراین ثبت صفتهای ظاهری، راهکاری ساده و مناسب برای جداسازی رقمهای انگور است و جز در موارد خاص، نیاز به انگشتنگاری ژنتیکی نیست.

بررسی ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی اسیدهای چرب بومجورهای نسترن وحشی در استان اصفهان
نسترن وحشی (Rosa canina L.) از گونههای بومی ایران است که تنوع ژنتیکی شایانتوجهی در بومجور (اکوتیپ)های موجود در کشور دارد. این بررسی بهمنظور مقایسۀ میزان و نوع اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع و اشباع موجود در بومجورهای نسترن وحشی پنج منطقۀ استان اصفهان در سال 1394-1393 صورت گرفت. استخراج روغن از بذرها با دستگاه سوکسله و تجزیۀ اسیدهای چرب با دستگاه فامنگاری (کروماتوگرافی) گازی (GC) در آزمایشگاه دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اصفهان (خوراسگان) انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین و کمترین درصد روغن بهترتیب از بومجورهای میانکیش (43/11%) و آغچه (89/7%) بهدست آمد. از بین اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع، بیشترین میزان اسید لینولئیک، لینولنیک، اولئیک، پالمیتولئیک و آراشیدونیک بهترتیب از بومجورهای کپهجمشید (00/55%)، زرنه (38/28%)، صادقیه (58/22%)، آغچه (22/0%) و زرنه (12/0%) بهدست آمد. کمترین میزان اسیدهای چرب اشباع پالمیتیک (69/3%) و استئاریک (77/1%) در بومجور صادقیه مشاهده شد. بومجورهای کپهجمشید، زرنه و صادقیه کمترین میزان اسید چرب اشباع میریستیک را داشتند. همچنین بیشترین و کمترین میزان مجموع اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع بهترتیب از بومجورهای صادقیه (87/93%) و آغچه (51/91%) بهدست آمد. روغن بذرهای بومجورهای نسترنهای وحشی در مناطق موردبررسی با داشتن درصد بالای اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع و همچنین نسبت مناسب امگا-6 به امگا-3، ازنظر ویژگیهای تغذیهای و دارویی منحصربهفرد هستند.
