Three experiments, each as a completely randomized design based on a factorial experiment, were conducted. The first was to evaluate the effects of cultivar and naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) (100 mg/L) on bulblet production rate in scales. In the second, with the aim of investigating the effect of medium culture and bulblet size on bulblet size-changing percentage, bulblets were classified into three sizes according to circumference and weight, then cultivated in two peat:perlite (70:30) and sandy medium. Six commercial hybrids were used in these two experiments. In the third, the effect of bulblet size, chilling, heating, and gibberellic acid on dormancy breaking of the top three cultivars were investigated. In the first experiment, NAA did not have a positive effect on bulblet production, and the highest production rate (4.1 bulblets per scale) was seen in not treated scales with NAA in ‘pinnacle’. According to the results of the second, the largest bulblet and peat:perlite medium showed the best results. The highest bulblet circumference-changing percentage (99.7%) and the highest weight-changing percentage (180.56%) were obtained in the largest size of ‘Pinnacle’ bulblet in peat:perlite medium. According to the results of the third, more than 60% of gibberellic acid-treated bulblets in ‘Pinnacle’ and ‘Eyeliner’ flowered, and the largest bud (8.57 cm) produced by the largest bulblet in ‘Pinnacle’. Therefore, ‘Pinnacle’ and ‘Eyeliner’ were introduced as suitable cultivars for production and gibberellic acid as a chilling replacement for dormancy breaking.}, keywords = {Bulb scale,chilling,Lilium,Naphthalene acetic acid‎}, title_fa = {مقایسه تولید سوخک، افزایش اندازه و شکست خواب در چند رقم هیبرید تجاری لیلیوم در گلخانه}, abstract_fa = {تشکیل ساقه گل‌دهنده در لیلیوم نیازمند تولید سوخک تجاری و شکست خواب آن می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر در سه آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. آزمایش اول شامل ارزیابی اثر رقم و نفتالین استیک اسید (NAA) (100 میلی‌‌‌گرم در لیتر) بر نرخ سوخک‌‌‌زایی از فلس بود. در آزمایش دوم با هدف بررسی اثر بستر کشت و اندازه اولیه سوخک بر درصد تغییر اندازه سوخک طی کشت، سوخک‌‌‌ها از نظر محیط پیرامون در سه اندازه دسته‌‌‌بندی و در دو بستر پیت:پرلیت (30:70) و ماسه کشت شدند. در این دو آزمایش از شش هیبرید تجاری استفاده شد. در آزمایش سوم اثر اندازه سوخک و تیمارهای سرمادهی، گرمادهی و جیبرلیک اسید در شکست خواب سه رقم برتر بررسی شد. در آزمایش اول استفاده از NAA در سوخک‌‌‌زایی فلس‌‌‌ها اثر مثبت نداشته و بیشترین تعداد سوخک (1/4 سوخک به ازای هر فلس) توسط فلس‌‌‌های تیمار نشده با NAA در رقم ‘Pinnacle’، تولید شده‌است. طبق نتایج آزمایش دوم، بزرگترین اندازه سوخک و بستر پیت:پرلیت بهترین نتایج را نشان دادند. در واقع بالاترین درصد تغییر محیط پیرامون (7/99 درصد) و بیشترین درصد تغییر وزن (56/180 درصد) در بزرگترین اندازه سوخک رقم ‘Pinnacle’ در بستر پیت:پرلیت دیده ‌شد. طبق نتایج آزمایش سوم، بیش از 60 درصد سوخک‌‌‌های تیمار شده با جیبرلیک اسید در ارقام ‘Pinnacle’ و ‘Eyeliner’ گلدهی داشته و بزرگترین غنچه (57/8 سانتی‌‌‌متر) توسط بزرگترین سوخک در ‘Pinnacle’ تولید شد. بنابراین می‌توان ‘Pinnacle’ و ‘Eyeliner’ را به‌عنوان ارقام مناسب برای تکثیر و جیبرلیک اسید را جایگزین سرمادهی جهت شکست خواب معرفی نمود.}, keywords_fa = {سرمادهی,فلس,لیلیوم,نفتالین استیک اسید}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_92383.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_92383_0fcaa301be4f52355d7407b09623e4d6.pdf} }
