In the present project, the factorial experiment was done based on Completely Randomized Design to study the effect of pre and post-harvest salicylic acid application on storability of Lilium. Solutions with 0, 50, 100 and 200 μM concentrations of salicylic acid were sprayed on flowers and their cut flowers were placed in the same solutions after harvest. Results showed the positive effects of 50 and 100 μM concentrations of pre and postharvest application of salicylic acid on the increase of bud number and delay in antioxidant enzyme activity reduction and also its trend was slow compared to control. Salicylic acid treatment had no significant effect on total protein in 5 developmental stage of flower and the level of hydrogen peroxide had an increasing trend, but to a lesser extent than controls. Pre and post application of salicylic acid with increasing in cell antioxidant capacity and also water balance regulation in plant, caused to extend in vase life of Lilium cut flowers in comparison with control. Due to spread of harmful chemical compounds in preservative solutions, the mentioned composition had more potential for applying in Easter lily greenhouses, flower retailers and home.}, keywords = {antioxidant capacity,cell membrane stability,Lilium longiflorum,vase life and flower development}, title_fa = {مقایسۀ کاربرد پیش و پس از برداشت اسید سالیسیلیک در روند پیری گل لیلیوم عید پاک رقم tresor}, abstract_fa = {ازآنجایی‌که کیفیت و طول عمر گلهای شاخه‌بریده به میزان زیادی تحت تأثیر عامل‌های پیش و پس از برداشت قرار میگیرد، لذا تلاشهای بسیاری برای افزایش کیفیت و عمر ماندگاری آن‌ها با استفاده از روشها و ترکیب‌های مختلف صورت گرفته است. در این پژوهش، آزمایشی در قالب فاکتوریل بر پایۀ طرح کامل تصادفی برای بررسی تأثیر اسید سالیسیلیک در مرحلۀ پیش و پس از برداشت با سه تکرار بر عمر ماندگاری لیلیوم انجام شد. غلظتهای 0، 50، 100 و 200 میکرومولار اسید سالیسیلیک روی بوتههای گل محلولپاشی شد و پس از برداشت، گلهای شاخه‌بریده در محلولهایی با همان غلظتها قرار گرفتند. نتایج، نشان‌دهندۀ تأثیر مثبت اسید سالیسیلیک بر افزایش شمار غنچه و نیز تأخیر در کاهش فعالیت آنزیمهای پاداکسنده (آنتی‌اکسیدان) بود و روند کاهش نسبت به شاهد با سرعت کمتری به‌پیش رفت. تیمار اسید سالیسیلیک تأثیر معنیداری در میزان پروتئینهای کل در پنج مرحلۀ رشد و نموی نداشت و میزان پراکسید هیدروژن نیز در گلبرگها یک‌روند افزایشی همراه با یک آهنگ ثابت داشت که نسبت به شاهد کمتر بود. کاربرد پیش و پس از برداشت اسید سالیسیلیک در غلظتهای 50 و 100 میکرومولار با افزایش ظرفیت پاداکسندگی یاختهها و همچنین به‌وسیلۀ تنظیم توازن آب در گیاه، سبب افزایش عمر ماندگاری گلهای شاخه‌بریدۀ لیلیوم نسبت به شاهد شد. با توجه به گسترش استفاده از ترکیب‌های شیمیایی زیانبار در محلول نگهداری گلهای شاخه‌بریده، ترکیب مورد بررسی قابلیت زیادی برای استفاده در گلخانههای پرورش و تولید سوسن عید پاک، گل‌فروشی‌ها و خانه دارد.}, keywords_fa = {پایداری غشای یاخته,ظرفیت پاداکسندگی,عمر گلدانی و نمو گل,Lilium longiflorum}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_67803.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_67803_7d7092070a9f822fadbf7876090b31ad.pdf} }
