These combinations are included the kinds of enzymatic and non-enzymatic materials such as: vitamins, pigments and so on. In this present experiment, the influence of salicylic acid and chelatedmagnesium sulfate was studied on stimulatory or inhibitory effects on different antioxidants production in the pears' leaves. The experiment was conducted in the ecological conditions of Qazvin province in RCBD in 2013 and plant materials were selected pear trees belonging to Louise Bonne. The studied characteristics in this research include antioxidants of a-tocopherol, carotenoid, chlorophylls a, b and total. The results indicated that salisylic acid and chelatedmagnesium sulfate significantly affected on the content of a-tocopherol antioxidant, chlorophyll and carotenoid in the leaf pear. There was a highly significant difference (P≤ 0.01) among treatments. The changes for chlorophyll pigment were between 1.03 to 6.27 mg/g, for carotenoid between 0.06 to 1.985 mg/g and for a-tocopherol between 0.03 to 2.30 ppm. The LSD indicated that the highest amount of a-tocopherol compound was obtained in the combination of salicylic acid (0.5 g) and chelatedmagnesium sulfate (0.7 g) treatment. It can be interpreted the positive role of the aforementioned treatment in producing stimulation of this antioxidant.}, keywords = {Antioxidant,carotenoid,Chlorophyll,non-enzymatic,Stress}, title_fa = {تأثیر اسید سالیسیلیک و سولفات منیزیم کلاته بر میزان آلفا- توکوفرول و برخی ویژگی‌های فیزیولوژیکی در گلابی رقم لوئیزبون}, abstract_fa = {پاداکسنده (آنتیاکسیدان)ها، سامانه‌های ضداکسایشی گیاهان عالی به شمار می‌آیند و تحریک تولید یا کاربرد مصنوعی آنها میتواند در غلبه بر تنشها مؤثر واقع شود. این ترکیب‌ها شامل انواع آنزیمی و غیر آنزیمی مانند ویتامینها، رنگریزهها و غیره هستند. در این پژوهش، تأثیر اسید سالیسیلیک و سولفات منیزیم کلاته بر تحریک یا جلوگیری از تولید پاداکسندههای مختلف در برگ گلابی بررسی شد. آزمایش در شرایط اقلیمی استان قزوین در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی روی درختان گلابی رقم لوئیزبون انجام شد. صفات مورد بررسی در این پژوهش شامل پاداکسندههای آلفا- توکوفرول، کاروتنوئید و سبزینۀ (کلروفیل) a، سبزینۀ b و سبزینۀ کل بود. نتایج نشان داد، اسید سالیسیلیک و سولفات منیزیم کلاته تأثیر معنیداری بر میزان پاداکسندۀ آلفا- توکوفرول، سبزینه و کاروتنوئید داشتند. به‌طوری‌که دامنۀ تغییرپذیری بین تیمارهای مختلف در مورد رنگریزۀ سبزینه بین 03/1 تا 27/6 و کاروتنوئید بین 06/0 تا 985/1 میلیگرم بر گرم و آلفا- توکوفرول بین 03/0 تا 30/2 قسمت در میلیون (PPM) متغیر بود. مقایسۀ میانگینها نشان داد، تیمار همزمان اسید سالیسیلیک با غلظت 5/0 و سولفات منیزیم کلاته با غلظت 7/0 گرم در لیتر بیشترین میزان پاداکسندۀ آلفا- توکوفرول را به خود اختصاص داد که از نقش مثبت تیمار یادشده در تحریک تولید این پاداکسنده حکایت میکند.}, keywords_fa = {پاداکسنده,تنش,سبزینه,غیر آنزیمی,کاروتنوئید}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_63048.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_63048_5f0147edfa5f419464544ccbf7e1c409.pdf} }
