Results showed that Khansar accession had the highest leaf width (5.42 cm), mean leaf number per plant (5.41), bulb diameter (10.84 cm), bulb height (4.95 cm) and mean bulb weight (122.5 g) which was the suitable accession for domestication and culturing. Based on cluster analysis, studied accessions were divided into three groups according to their morphological characters which mostly had coincidence with geoghraphical distribution. Molecular survey by AFLP markers was done using four primer combinations of EcoRI and MseI with three selective nucleotides. In molecular analysis 376 bands were obtained in which 204 bands were polymorphic (53.28%). Based on dendrogram from molecular data, Persian shallot accessions at 70 % similarity was divided into five groups which mostly showed coincidence with geographical distribution. Also Kazerun accession from warmer southern region of Iran had obvious genetical differences with accessions from colder northern regions. Results showed that AFLP technique is a suitable tool for evaluation of genetic diversity for Persian shallot accessions.}, keywords = {AFLP,Genetic diversity,Landrace,Cluster Analysis,domestication}, title_fa = {مطالعۀ ژنتیکی موسیر ایرانی (Allium hirtifolium Boiss.) با استفاده از نشانگرهای مورفولوژیکی و مولکولی‏}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش، تنوع ژنتیکی 21 تودۀ موسیر (Allium hirtifolium Boiss.) وحشی ایران از مناطق جنوب، جنوب غرب، غرب و مرکز ایران با استفاده از صفات مورفولوژیکی و نشانگرهای AFLP ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد تودۀ خوانسار دارای بیشترین عرض برگ (42/5 سانتی‏متر)، میانگین تعداد برگ در بوته (41/5)، قطر سوخ (84/10 سانتی‏متر)، ارتفاع سوخ (95/4 سانتی‏متر) و وزن متوسط سوخ (5/122گرم) بود و بنابراین، تودۀ مناسبی برای اهلی‏سازی و کشت است. بر‏اساس تجزیۀ کلاستر توده‏های مطالعه‏شده از نظر صفات مورفولوژیکی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند که تا حد زیادی بر‏اساس نزدیکی و دوری جغرافیایی بود. در بررسی مولکولی توسط نشانگرهای AFLP از چهار ترکیب آغازگری EcoRI و MseI دارای سه نوکلئوتید انتخابی استفاده شد. در آنالیز مولکولی، 376 نشانگر حاصل شد که 204 نشانگر (28/53‏ درصد) چند‏شکلی نشان دادند. بر‏اساس دندروگرام حاصل از داده‏های مولکولی، توده‏های موسیر بومی ایران در حد تشابه 70‏ درصد در پنج گروه قرار گرفتند که مطابقت زیادی با پراکنش جغرافیایی آن‏ها نشان ‏داد. همچنین تودۀ کازرون از منطقۀ گرم‏تر جنوبی با توده‏های شمالی‏تر که از مناطق سردتر بوند تفاوت‏های ژنتیکی بارزتری داشت. نتایج نشان داد تکنیک AFLP ابزار مناسبی در ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی توده‏های موسیر ایرانی است.}, keywords_fa = {اهلی‏سازی,تجزیۀ کلاستر,تنوع ژنتیکی,تودۀ بومی‏,AFLP}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_52873.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_52873_c4fe9a10d6244ecfb6412df1ab026114.pdf} }
