Traetments included 8-Hydroxyquinoline, essential oil of Australian Cheesewood (Pittosporum undudatum) and Rosmary oil(Rosmarinus officinalis) at the two concentrations 200 and 300 mg/l and Zataria oil (Zataria multiflora) at two levels of 50 and 100 mg/l. All this treatments was used in combination with sucrose 3% and three treatments of distilled water, ethanol at 500 ppm and 3% sucrose as control treatments. The results showed that treating with 8-Hydroxyquinoline at a concentration of 300 mg/l had maximum vase life (18.4 days) compared to the control (distilled water 10.3, ethanol 10.8 and sucrose 3% 12.1) treatments. Among  essential oils, Australian Cheesewood at a concentration of 300 mg/l, Rosmary oil at a concentration of 200 mg/l and Zataria oil at a concentration of 100 mg/l had vase life of 15.8, 15.6 and 15.5, days, respectively which was Significantly higher than control. The Rosmary oil at a concentration of 200 mg/l had the maximum effects on total chlorophyll. 8-Hydroxyquinoline and then, essential oil of Australian Cheesewood at a concentration of 300 mg/l had the maximum effects on anthocyanin, protein, malondialdehyde and enzyme levels. According to the results, using essential oils instead of chemical compounds can be an effective way to improve vase life of cut lisianthus flowers.}, keywords = {Chlorophyll,enzyme,Lisianthus,Protein}, title_fa = {بررسی آثار فیزیولوژیک برخی اسانس‏های گیاهی در مقایسه با 8-‌هیدروکسی‏کوئینولین در گل شاخه‌بریدة لیزیانتوس (Eustoma grandiflorum L.)}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور بررسی آثار فیزیولوژیک برخی اسانس‏های گیاهی در مقایسه با 8-هیدروکسی‏کوئینولین در گل بریدة لیزیانتوس (Eustoma grandiflorumL.)، آزمایشی به‌صورت طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. تیمارها عبارت بود از 8-هیدروکسی‏کوئینولین، اسانس میخک هندی (Pittosporum undudatum) و اسانس رزماری (Rosmarinus officinalis) در دو غلظت 200 و 300 میلی‏گرم در لیتر و اسانس آویشن شیراز (Zataria multiflora) در دو غلظت 50 و 100 میلی‏گرم در لیتر که همراه با ساکارز 3‌درصد استفاده شدند و سه تیمار آب‌مقطر، اتانول 500 پی‏پی‏ام و ساکارز 3‌درصد به‌منزلة تیمارهای شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد 8-هیدروکسی‏کوئینولین در غلظت 300 میلی‏گرم در لیتر بیشترین ماندگاری (4/18 روز) را در مقایسه با تیمارهای شاهد (آب‌مقطر 3/10، اتانول 8/10 و ساکارز 1/12) داشت. در بین اسانس‏های گیاهی، اسانس میخک هندی در غلظت 300 میلی‏گرم در لیتر، اسانس رزماری در غلظت 200 میلی‏گرم در لیتر و اسانس آویشن شیراز در سطح 100 میلی‏گرم در لیتر به‌ترتیب با میانگین 8/15، 6/15 و 5/15روز اختلاف معنا‏داری را با تیمارهای شاهد داشتند. اسانس رزماری در غلظت 200 میلی‏گرم در لیتر بیشترین تأثیر را بر کلروفیل کل داشته است. 8-هیدروکسی‏کوئینولین و اسانس میخک هندی در غلظت 300 میلی‏گرم در لیتر به‌ترتیب بیشترین تأثیر را بر میزان آنتوسیانین، پروتئین، مالون‏دی‏آلدئید و آنزیم‏ها داشتند. با توجه به نتایج حاصله، استفاده از اسانس‏های گیاهی به جای ترکیبات شیمیایی می‏تواند راه مؤثری برای بهبود ماندگاری در گل‏های شاخه‌بریدة لیزیانتوس باشد.}, keywords_fa = {آنزیم,پروتئین,کلروفیل,لیزیانتوس}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_51960.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_51960_64f2efd912b326a936c31b0a800bf8da.pdf} }
