In a field experiment, inflorescence schematic shape and position of flowers (on inflorescence on the basis of ovary developmental size) were precisely monitored. In addition, the position of fruits, and final fruit set were recorded at the end of the season again. For an inspection of embryonic sac, ovules from different size ovaries were excised followed by fixation, sectioned, stained and then were investigated. The results indicated that flowers located at the end of cluster or on bunchlets had higher fruit set (20.5% and 27.44%, respectively). Most of the large flowers positioned at the top of bunch and bunchlets, although few in number (11℅), developed into fruits (by 45℅). Eighty nine percent of flowers were of the lateral type, but their only 8℅ developed into fruits. Fruit set in type one flowers was maximum (32℅). There were no significant differences observed among cultivars for fruit set, and no significant differences as regards fruit set between on and off-years either. Ahmad Aghaie cultivar had the highest embryo sac fertilization. However, the overall embryo sac development and fertility were not significantly affected by cultivar. Flowers type one had the highest rate of developed embryo sac and fertilization (87.5% and 37.5℅, respectively). Fertilization for the second and third types of flowers were recorded as 18.75% and 12.5℅, respectively, about equal to their fruit set.}, keywords = {embryo sac,fruit set pattern,inflorescence,ovary,Pistachio}, title_fa = {الگوی تشکیل میوه در ارتباط با رشد تخمدان در چهار ‌رقم پستة تجاری}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش برای تعیین الگوی تشکیل میوه در چهار‌ رقم پستة اکبری، احمدآقایی، کله‌قوچی و اوحدی و ارتباط تشکیل میوة نهایی با تکامل و باروری اولیة کیسه‌های جنینی طی سال‌های1381-1382 انجام شد که در آن خوشه‌های گزینش‌شدۀ چهار رقم پسته یک هفته پس از گلدهی علامت‌گذاری شدند. شکل گل‌آذین و موقعیت گل‌ها با درجات مختلف تکاملی (براساس اندازة تخمدان) یادداشت شد و در پایان فصل رشد هم موقعیت و میزان میوه‌بندی نهایی ثبت شد. تخمک‌ها از تخمدان‌های با اندازه‌های مختلف استخراج شدند و پس از فیکس‌شدن، برش خوردند و رنگ‌آمیزی شدند و اطلاعات مربوط به کیسة جنینی آن‌ها ثبت شد. نتایج نشان داد گل‌هایی که در ناحیة بالای خوشه و خوشه‌چه قرار می‌گیرند، از درصد میوه‌بندی بالاتری برخوردارند (به‌ترتیب 5/20 و44/27 درصد). اگر‌چه فقط حدود 11‌درصد از گل‌های گل‌آذین، انتهایی هستند، حدود 45‌درصد آن‌ها به میوه تبدیل شدند. حدود 89‌درصد گل‌ها جانبی بودند که فقط 8‌درصد آن‌ها به میوه تبدیل شدند. بیشتر میوه‌ها در قسمت‌های بیرونی گل‌آذین قرار داشتند. میوه‌بندی درگل‌های با اندازه‌های یک، دو و سه به‌ترتیب 32، 17 و 5/6 بود. اختلاف معناداری بین ارقام از لحاظ درصد تشکیل میوه وجود نداشت. تشکیل میوه در سال پربار و کم‌بار اختلاف معناداری نشان نداد، ولی درصد پوکی کل در سال کم‌بار به‌طور معنا‌داری بیشتر از سال پربار بود (18/45درصد در سال کم‌بار و14/8‌درصد در سال پربار). ارقام از لحاظ تکامل کیسة جنینی با هم اختلاف معنا‌داری نداشتند، هرچند که رقم احمدآقایی، درصد کیسۀ جنینی کامل بیشتری از سایر ارقام داشت. با اینکه رقم احمدآقایی بیشترین باروری کیسة جنینی را داشته است( 25‌درصد)، باروری کیسة جنینی ارقام مختلف اختلاف معنا‌داری نداشتند. گل‌های درجة یک بیشترین درصد کیسه‌های جنینی تکامل‌یافته (5/87درصد) و بارور(35درصد) را داشتند. درصد باروری برای گل‌های درجه 2 و3 برابر 75/18 و 5/12‌درصد بود که با درصد تشکیل میوة آن‌ها تا حدودی هماهنگی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {الگوی تشکیل میوه,پستة تجاری,تخمدان,کیسة جنینی,گل‌آذین}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_50370.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_50370_6823229f890bcf5930aeafe88ad1ac05.pdf} }
