Throughout the present study, fruits were harvested 10 weeks following full bloom and at the commercial maturity (6.2 brix) stages from thirteen different commercial kiwifruit orchards that had been fertilized with different fertilizers, the experiment being carried out in the east of Guilan province. Following harvest, such mineral elements as nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium, dry matter and as well fruit tissue firmness(just in second harvest) were assessed. For an evaluation of the storage life, mature fruits were transferred to cold storage of 0 ºC temperature and 90-95% relative humidity, with fruit tissue firmness being evaluated after 105 days past of storage. Results showed significant correlations between fruit tissue firmness (at harvest) and potassium content in fruitlets and between fruit firmness and calcium, nitrogen, as well as dry matter content in mature fruits. There was a significant correlation observed between fruit firmness at the end of storage time and potassium as well as nitrogen content in fruitlets, and also between calcium, nitrogen contents and dry matter in mature fruits. Fruits with higher firmness at harvest time had maintained a higher firmness at the end of their storage period. Also, according to cluster analysis, the kiwifruit orchards were divided into two main groups. It could finally be concluded that the postharvest behavior of kiwifruits can be evaluated through a determination of the mineral compositions of fruitlets and of the mature fruits.}, keywords = {Cluster Analysis,Correlation,kiwi fruit,tissue firmness}, title_fa = {ارزیابی عمر انبارمانی میوة کیوی رقم«هایوارد» بر‌اساس ترکیب معدنی میوه‌چه‌ها و میوه‌های بالغ}, abstract_fa = {آنالیز برگ روشی متداول برای برآورد نیاز کودی در درختان میوه است، اما ارتباط ضعیفی با کیفیت میوه دارد. در این پژوهش میوه‌های 13 باغ کیوی تجاری در شرق استان گیلان، که تغذیة معدنی متفاوتی داشتند، 10 هفته پس از تمام‌گل و نیز در مرحلة بلوغ تجاری (2/6 درجة بریکس) برداشت شدند. پس از برداشت‏ها میزان عناصر معدنی شامل نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، کلسیم و منیزیم، مقدار مادة خشک به‌علاوة سفتی بافت میوه‏ها (فقط در برداشت دوم) اندازه‏گیری شد. برای ارزیابی عمر انبارمانی، فقط میوه‌های بالغ به سردخانه با دمای صفر درجة سانتی‏گراد و رطوبت نسبی 90‌درصد منتقل و بعد از 105 روز سفتی‏ بافت میوه‏ها‏ اندازه‏گیری شد. نتایج همبستگی معنا‏داری را بین سفتی بافت میوه‏ در زمان برداشت با میزان پتاسیم میوه‏چه‏ها و میزان کلسیم، نیتروژن و مادة خشک میوه‏ها در زمان بلوغ نشان دادند. در پایان دورة انبارمانی میزان سفتی بافت میوه‏ها همبستگی معنا‏داری با میزان پتاسیم و نیتروژن میوه‏چه‏ها، همچنین با میزان نیتروژن، کلسیم و مادة خشک میوه‏های بالغ نشان دادند. میوه‏هایی که سفتی بافت بیشتری در زمان برداشت داشتند، در پایان انبارمانی نیز سفتی خود را بهتر حفظ کردند. همچنین بر‌اساس نتایج تجزیة خوشه‏ای، باغ‏های کیوی به دو گروه اصلی تفکیک شدند. در‌مجموع، نتایج نشان داد که با تعیین ترکیب معدنی میوه‏چه‏ها و میوه‏های بالغ می‌توان سفتی بافت و عمر انبارمانی میوه‏‌های کیوی را ارزیابی کرد.}, keywords_fa = {تجزیة خوشه‏‌ای سفتی بافت,همبستگی}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_50367.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_50367_4843eef65587c79824715ca4a166c6a7.pdf} }
