In this research, in order to study the effect of growing conditions and different drying methods on drying time, essential oil content, color characteristics and microbial load of Dracocephalum moldavica, a Factorial experiment in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) of two factors namely: drying method (five methods) and growing conditions (two conditions), of three replications was performed. The five treatments followed in the drying method were comprised of: 1- sun drying, 2- drying in shade at room temperature, 3- Oven drying at 30°C, 4- Oven drying at 40°C, and 5- Oven drying at 50°C, while the treatments for the growing conditions were:1- cultivation in greenhouse and 2- cultivation in field. The drying process was continued until the moisture content of either about 10% on a wet basis or on a dry basis was obtained. The results indicated the significant effect of treatments on all the evaluated factors. Also for both conditions (field and greenhouse), the minimum drying time (11 and 14 hours) belonged to 50°C for oven treatment while maximum drying time (55 and 73 hours) belonged to drying in shade. The maximum essential oil content (in both conditions)was related to shade drying, while the minimum content achieved at 50°C treatments. Also, it was observed that 50°C and sun drying treatments significantly decreased the plants microbial load.}, keywords = {Dracocephalum moldavica,Drying,Essential oil,Postharvest.,temperature}, title_fa = {اثر شرایط کشت و روشهای مختلف خشک کردن، بر مدت زمان خشک شدن، میزان اسانس، خصوصیات رنگ و بار میکروبی گیاه دارویی بادرشبی (Dracocephalum moldavica L.)}, abstract_fa = {خشک کردن یکی از مراحل مهم پس از برداشت گیاهان دارویی می باشد که نقش مهمی در کمیت و کیفیت محصول دارد. به منظور بررسی تاثیر روشهای مختلف خشک کردن بر سرعت خشک شدن، میزان اسانس، خصوصیات رنگ و بار میکروبی گیاه بادرشبی، آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با دو فاکتور روش خشک کردن (5 روش) و شرایط کشت (2 شرایط) با سه تکرار اجرا گردید. فاکتور اول و دوم به ترتیب عبارت بودند از: روشهای خشک کردن (1- آفتاب 2- سایه 3- آون با دمای 30 درجه سانتی گراد 4- آون با دمای 40 درجه سانتی گراد 5- آون با دمای 50 درجه سانتی گراد ) و شرایط کشت ( 1- کشت در شرایط گلخانه و خارج از فصل 2- کشت در مزرعه ). خشک کردن نمونه ها تا زمانی که وزن آنها به محتوای رطوبتی 10 درصد بر پایه وزن تر یا 1/0 بر پایه وزن خشک رسید ادامه داشت. نتایج نشان دهنده تاثیر معنی دار تیمارها بر تمامی فاکتورهای اندازه گیری شده بود. به طوری که در هر دو شرایط مزرعه و گلخانه کمترین زمان خشک شدن (11 و 14 ساعت) در روش آون با دمای 50 درجه سانتی گراد و بیشترین آن (55 و 73 ساعت) مربوط به تیمار سایه بود. بالاترین درصد اسانس (وزنی- وزنی) در هر دو شرایط مربوط به تیمار سایه و کمترین آن مربوط به آون دمای 40 و 50 درجه سانتی گراد بود. همچنین تیمار های آون با دمای 50 درجه و آفتاب به طور موثری توانستند بار میکروبی را کاهش دهند.}, keywords_fa = {اسانس,بادرشبی,پس از برداشت.,خشک کردن,دما}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_25115.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_25115_35f1be92a5528bb97796a48fa5c94032.pdf} }
