For the purpose, sweet lemon fruits were treated by immersion method for 5 minutes in salicylic acid (200,400 and 600 mg/lit) and then packed in polyethylene bags to be stored in cold storage (4±1oC) for two months. At the end of the storage period, fruits were transferred to 25 ° C environment for 5 days while the effects of treatments on chilling injury, total soluble solids, ion leakage percentage, vitamin C, weight loss and decay percentage being investigated. Based on the obtained results, salicylic acid decreased chilling injury, preserved quality appearance and prevented water loss of the fruits without any deleterious effect on internal quality. The highest chilling injury occured in control and the lowest in fruits treated with 400 mg /lit of salicylic acid at low temperature, even after keeping them later at high temperatures. In terms of weight loss and reduction of vitamin C and total acids, significant differences were observed between treated vs control fruits. Furthermore, no significant differences of total soluble solids (TSS) and pH were found between treated vs control fruits. In total, treatment with 400mg/lit of salicylic acid showed fruits with the best appearance and the most controlling effect on chilling injury.}, keywords = {chilling injury,citrus,Cold storage,Decay,postharvest}, title_fa = {اثر سالیسیلیک اسید در القای مقاومت به سرمازدگی، کنترل پوسیدگی و حفظ کیفیت میوه لیموشیرین (Citrus limetta)}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه اثر سطوح مختلف سالیسیلیک اسید بر القای مقاومت به سرمازدگی و کیفیت میوه لیموشیرین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بدین منظور میوه لیموشیرین در غلظت‌های صفر (آب مقطر)، 200، 400 و 600 میلی‌گرم در لیتر سالیسیلیک اسید به صورت غوطه‌وری به مدت 5 دقیقه تیمار و پس از بسته‌بندی در کیسه پلاستیکی بصورت تکی به انبار سرد ( 1±4درجه سانتی‌گراد) منتقل و مدت دو ماه نگه‌‌داری شدند. یک گروه میوه نیز بدون اعمال هیچ تیماری به عنوان شاهد در نظر گرفته شد. پس از پایان مدت آزمایش، میوه‌ها به مدت 5 روز به دمای 25 درجه سانتی گراد منتقل و اثر تیمارها بر درصد میوه‌های سرمازده، کل مواد جامد محلول، درصد نشت یونی، ویتامین ث و درصد میوه‌های پوسیده بررسی شد. بر اساس نتایج سالیسیلیک اسید باعث کاهش سرمازدگی، حفظ کیفیت ظاهری و جلوگیری از آب از دست‌دهی میوه گردید، بدون آنکه اثر نامطلوب بر کیفیت محصول داشته باشد. بیشترین درصد میوه سرمازده در تیمار شاهد و آب مقطر و کمترین آن در تیمار 400 میلی‌گرم‌در‌لیتر سالیسیلیک اسید وجود داشت. از لحاظ میزان کاهش وزن، ویتامین ث و اسید کل، تفاوت معنی‌داری بین میوه‌های تیمار شده با سالیسیلیک اسید و شاهد وجود داشت اما هیچگونه اختلاف معنی‌داری بین آنها از لحاظ میزان مواد جامد محلول و pH عصاره دیده نشد. در مجموع، تیمار 400 میلی‌گرم‌درلیتر سالیسیلیک اسید، میوه‌های با بالاترین کیفیت ظاهری و بیشترین اثر بازدارندگی بر سرمازدگی داشت.}, keywords_fa = {انبار سرد,پس از برداشت,پوسیدگی,سرمازدگی,مرکبات}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_25112.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_25112_ba5212c49b679528f231cc6d45d9f6df.pdf} }
