Vera cv. Badami-Riz Zarand, and P. Vera cv. Qazvini), a greenhouse experiment was conducted taking into account three factors of: mycorrhizae inoculation at three levels (no mycorrhizae application as control, G. mosseae , G. intraradices), drought stress at four levels (100% FC as control, 75% FC, 50% FC, and 25% FC) as well as two pistachio cultivars (P. Vera cv. Badami- Riz Zarand and P. Vera cv. Qazvini) in a completely randomized design of three replicates. The results indicated that three months past the commencement of the drought, such vegetative traits as stem height and diameter, leaf area, as well as dry weights of leaf, stem and root decreased with increase in drought intensity. Plant-water relation parameters including relative water content, and water use efficiency were severely lowered as a result of the drought inflicted. In response to drought stress, osmo-regulation reactions were activated in pistachio plants, leading to an increase in proline and soluble carbohydrate content in plant leaves. Application of mycorrhizae considerably improved the vegetative growth in pistachio plants where G. mosseae and G. intraradices applications promoted stem height by 100%, and 75% respectively, and in comparison with control. Plant-water relations in mycorrhizal treated plants were superior over non-mycorrhizal applied plants. Furthermore, the results indicated that proline and soluble carbohydrate accumulations were higher in leaf while lower in roots of mycorrhizal inoculated plants as compared with control.}, keywords = {Drought stress,Mycorrhiza,Pistachio,proline,soluble carbohydrates}, title_fa = {اثر قارچ میکوریز-آربسکولار و تنش خشکی بر رشد، روابط آبی، تجمع پرولین و قندهای محلول در نهال‎های دو رقم پایهای پسته اهلی (Pistacia vera L.)}, abstract_fa = {به ‌منظور بررسی اثر دو گونه قارچ میکوریز (Glomus mosseae و G. intraradices) بر روی جنبه‌‎های مختلف رشد دو رقم پسته (بادامی ریز زرند و قزوینی) در شرایط تنش خشکی، آزمایش گلخانه‎ای با سه فاکتور شامل سه سطح میکوریز (بدون میکوریز به ‌عنوان شاهد،G. mosseae و G. intraradices)، چهار سطح تنش خشکی (آبیاری بر اساس100 درصد ظرفیت مزرعه به عنوان شاهد، 75، 50 و 25 درصد ظرفیت مزرعه) و دو رقم پسته (بادامی ریز زرند و قزوینی) با سه تکرار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که سه ماه پس از آغاز تیمارهای خشکی، خصوصیات رویشی مانند ارتفاع و قطر ساقه، سطح برگ، وزن خشک برگ، ساقه و ریشه با افزایش خشکی به ‌طور معنی‎داری کاهش یافتند. روابط آبی تمام گیاهان از جمله محتوای نسبی آب برگ و کارایی استفاده از آب در اثر خشکی به شدت تحت تأثیر قرار گرفت و کاهش یافت. در پاسخ به تنش خشکی، فرآیندهای تنظیم‌کننده اسمزی در گیاهان پسته فعال شد و میزان پرولین و قندهای محلول در برگ گیاهان افزایش یافت. کاربرد میکوریز به ‌طور قابل ملاحظه‎ای رشد رویشی گیاهان را در شرایط خشکی افزایش داد، به طوری که G. mosseae و G. intraradices به ‌ترتیب 100 و 72 درصد ارتفاع را نسبت به شاهد افزایش دادند. روابط آبی گیاهان دارای میکوریز در مقایسه با گیاهان بدون میکوریز بهبود یافت. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که غلظت پرولین و قندهای محلول در برگ گیاهان میکوریزدار کمتر و در ریشه بیشتر از گیاهان بدون میکوریز بود.}, keywords_fa = {پرولین,پسته,تنش خشکی,قندهای محلول,میکوریز}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_24231.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_24231_17d7afb2c3078bbf79d0bef721d9267a.pdf} }
