Corms were collected from the mentioned regions and planted based on a complete block design. Quantitative and qualitative traits, leaf length, width, diameter as well as leaf number, scape length and diameter, inflorescence diameter, number of flowers in inflorescence, floret peduncle lenght, and mean diameter, corm mean weight, number of cormlet(s), clustered corm percent, dry matter percentage as well as ash percentage of corm were assessed. Analysis of variance indicated that the studied genotypes significantly differed for all traits, except for leaf width and floret peduncle length. Khansar genotype had the highest corm diameter (62.05 mm), corm mean weight (140.45 g) as well as yield (1400.45 g/m2). Cluster analysis resulted in the genotypes being divided into three subgroups. Arak, Doshmanziari, Koohmaresorkhi, Khansar, Harsin and Nahavand genotypes were placed in the first group, Khomein, Yasuj, Boroujerd, Divandareh and Sepidan genotypes in the second, while Dashtearjan, Koohrang, Ashtian, Siakhdarengoon, Sahne and Kangavar genotypes in the third group. Results indicated that, Iranian shallot is completely different from the common shallot (Allium ascalonicum) species with a wide diversity that makes it a valuable genetic resource for breeding programs.}, keywords = {".,.,Breeding,Iranian shallot (Allium hirtifolium Boiss.),Landrace}, title_fa = {بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی ژنوتیپ‌های موسیر ایرانی (Allium hirtifolium Boiss) با استفاده از صفات مورفولوژیک}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش صفات مورفولوژیک 17 ژنوتیپ موسیر ایرانی شامل ژنوتیپ‌های آشتیان، اراک، بروجرد، دشت‌ارژن، دشمن‌زیاری، دیواندره، خمین، خوانسار، سپیدان، سیاخ‌دارنگون، صحنه، کنگاور، کوهرنگ، کوهمره‌سرخی، نهاوند، هرسین و یاسوج مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. سوخ‌های جمع‌آوری شده از مناطق ذکر شده به‌صورت طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در مزرعه کشت و صفات کمی و کیفی آن‌ها از جمله صفات طول، عرض، ضخامت و تعداد برگ، طول و قطر ساقه گل‌دهنده، ضخامت طبق گل‌آذین، تعداد گل در گل‌آذین، طول دمگلچه، قطر متوسط سوخ، وزن متوسط سوخ، تعداد سوخک، درصد سوخ خوشه‌ای، درصد ماده خشک و درصد خاکستر اندازه‌گیری شد. تجزیه واریانس داده‌ها نشان داد که ژنوتیپ‌‌های مورد بررسی از نظر کلیه صفات مورد اندازه‌گیری، به‌جز عرض برگ و طول دمگلچه، تفاوت بسیار معنی‌داری با هم داشتند. ژنوتیپ خوانسار دارای بیشترین قطر متوسط سوخ (05/62 میلی متر)، وزن متوسط سوخ (45/140 گرم) و عملکرد (45/1400 گرم در متر‌مربع) بود. تجزیه خوشه‌ای ژنوتیپ‌های مورد مطالعه را در 3 گروه قرار داد که در گروه اول ژنوتیپ‌های اراک، دشمن‌زیاری، کوهمره‌سرخی، خوانسار، هرسین و نهاوند، در گروه دوم ژنوتیپ‌های خمین، یاسوج، بروجرد، دیواندره و سپیدان و در گروه سوم ژنوتیپ‌های دشت‌ارژن، کوهرنگ، آشتیان، سیاخ‌دارنگون، صحنه و کنگاور قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که موسیر ایرانی یک گونه کاملا متفاوت با شالوت معمولی (Allium ascalonicum) بوده و دارای تنوع بسیار زیاد بوده و منبع ژنتیکی با ارزشی برای تحقیقات به‌نژادی است.}, keywords_fa = {به‌نژادی,توده بومی,موسیر ایرانی (Allium hirtifolium Boiss)}, url = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_20666.html}, eprint = {https://ijhs.ut.ac.ir/article_20666_0a2bd74bdce79eb448097cb15f53056a.pdf} }
